Decent set, consider the grip tape if needed
I picked these up to work on my forearm and grip strength, and it’s a solid kit for the money. You get a range from 50lbs to 200lbs, which is great because you have plenty of room to progress as you get stronger. I actually prefer this over the adjustable type. Working your way up through the different physical units feels like more of an achievement as you get stronger. The grips themselves are heavy-duty metal and feel like they’ll last a long time. Just a heads-up, though: the metal handles are pretty aggressive and "bite" into your hands quite a bit. If you aren't used to it, it can be a bit rough on your palms. Luckily, they include 6 rolls of grip tape in the box. I have not wrapped mine yet, but I feel I may do so. Overall, it's a good, simple set for anyone looking to build strength at home without spending a fortune.

Good quality & humbling
Humbling I'll never be touching half of these

The quality is decent. The paint/coating on the spring squeeks when you squeeze. The handle grips are decent, but sweat can build up in the gaps of the grips and make it slippery; I haven't used the tape as I'm trying to build skin strength (it can give caluses the first few times you use it) but I'm guessing the tape can help with not slipping. Only downside I've seen is that the sweat buildup makes it harder to train consistently so you need to clean it. As a skinny weak guy, this helped me be more confident in a short sleeved shirt without needing to use weights. Would recommend

Very solid, in more ways than one.
I bought these as part of an exercise regime, to combat the bone and muscle loss following cancer treatment. I’m glad I bought the lighter set! I can only just close the girlie 50lb one, and however my wife tries to bribe me to get on to the next one, I’d be too tired anyway……. I prefer the simplicity of these over the adjustable ones which I read can fall to bits. Very solid (in more ways than one), and I like the metal handles, although they do need the tape or the use of gloves after a while. Very happy with purchase, although, in my case, most of them will remain unused.

Great value. Good product.
Excellent value for money and good quality. Five different resistant levels to help improve your grip strength. It is a nice touch they come with racket grips to put for added comfort.

straps adhesive may come loose end it somewhere that isn't where your hand aren't peeling it off!
The adhesive part of the soft grip wraps can come loose while trying to squeeze the strengthen the adhesive part seems poorly done and may stop working eventually... also there's only 6 of the grip straps so you can only use them on 3 strengtheners at a time! Without the grips the metal is abrasive to those with soft hands so that may cause skin burn from overuse which is why you need the rubber, keep in mind the weakest one is 50lbs I can't even use it all the time or i'll get hand strain my mother with arthritis couldn't even do it so if you got hand issues then this is probably not the best product to start with maybe a stress ball would be better and then there's noise after about a day or 2 It started squeaking I'm not sure if I should like oil that or not it sounds like it's the torsion spring part all in all it's difficult atm but I think with time doing a bit day by day my hands will adapt and eventually I'll begin to level up... i'm sick of being a man who can't even open a naked smoothy bottle cause the factory does them so tight that even my muscle bound stepdad struggles I plan to be a man who can open any jar like my stepdad(in hindsight they need to stop making bottles and jars that can't be opened by a human) but yeah, long term use remains to be seen and the price was a bit pricy for my taste but if athritis runs in the family this is definitely gonna help me a lot keep my strength for as long as possible I already have my hands lock up from time to time and i'm only in my 30's so it's now or never

Really effective for quick and easy strength
Really helped me get my grip strength up, they do squeak a little bit after a lot of use but still useable. They’re small tools so can be used while working too

Solid value
Easy to use. the knurling on the grips seem to help, and the grip tape is a nice bonus. The labels on them are also nicely placed. The strength required to close them feel pretty accurate, so that's great. I've dropped them a few times and they haven't shattered, so seems durable. Great value for the money overall. Just worked my way to finally be able to close the 175 and hope to keep going to be able to close the 200 in the next 2-3 months.

Very good set, though not really for beginners!
Great set, everything works out just as it should. The only issue is that 99% of people who buys those, are not athletes, they need 25, 50, 75, 100 and maybe 125, the rest should be in another set. If you can get to 100lbs it’s already very good result! Trust me, if they are saying 100lbs for beginners, it’s definitely not! Even though I can squeeze 300lb, I’ve only seen 2 people in real life who could actually do a 200lb

Not bad yo
in spite of the ridiculous use of empirical units instead of our lord and savior Metric-sama >;) pretty solid set! the resistance of the 125lbs and 150lbs seem pretty similar though. That's as high as i can go for now. Glad i didn't skip this to go for another set without the 50lbs. in the comments here i read some advising against using the plastic grips they come with as they... stink? do i remember that right? i forget i've just been raw doggin them without any added grip stuff. a bit slippery but still doable enough for me. using these for about a week noticeably improved my weighted carries/farmer's walk and "dead" hangs a bit it's a W from me
