This has been our go-to cream to tackle any fungal skin issues. It takes just a tiny bit and only one or 2 applications to treat any irritated skin areas. The small size tube is handy to tuck into a pocket, backpack, gym bag or purse. I think Lotrimin works beetter than any other brand currently on the market.

I used it for my grandson’s rash, and I was really impressed with how well it worked. It cleared up the irritation much faster than I expected and it was gentle on his skin. In my experience, it works a lot better than Desitin or any other diaper rash medicine I’ve tried. I would definitely recommend Lotrimin cream for anyone dealing with a stubborn diaper rash.

I was told by my baby’s dr to order this for a yeast rash. Man, those things are stubborn. I really was surprised there isn’t a baby product I could find for that type of thing, but this is what they told me to get so I did. It took a couple weeks to completely clear up but it did work. I’d make sure she was totally dry, put a tiny bit of this on, let that dry, then GLOB diaper cream over it to make a thick barrier. Worked for us! Didn’t even need to buy a new tube. This tube is surprisingly small but a little goes a long way.
