Missing Stone - No refund or replacement given and now ignored by Nexus Team
BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING! Not happy with the the service of this and how long its taken to be replaced for me (its been 5 weeks since purchase and I'm not getting any responses back or gotten a refund) The brand new item I ordered came with a missing stone which is quite visible as it is a small heart. This was unfortunate as it was a birthday present for my little sister but neither of us were very angry as sometimes these things happen. I have since then gone back and forth with the Nexus support team and they told me every week that one will be sent and to wait. Now I'm not getting any communication back for it and I feel like I've been scammed into buying a defected item at full price. Just to be safe to any buyers, please consider my review before purchasing as I'm assuming you don't want to deal with what I have been through.
