UPDATE!! - I originally had a review that indicated this pump/bag was great... until it wasn't. I reached out to customer support and received superb customer service. I had a replacement pump sent within 2 days, and I am back in business! Thank you to the support team - I'm thrilled because I really relied on this pump/bag to help me stuff more into my carry-on bag so I don't have to check baggage. Thank you!! I really liked this pump… until it suddenly stopped working. It’s compact, easy to use, and worked great with the vacuum bags at first. The bags themselves seal really well and do exactly what you’d expect. Unfortunately, the pump quit on me after less than a year and probably only 20–25 uses. It still lights up, but the motor doesn’t run at all anymore, so it’s basically unusable now. I’ve reached out to support to see if I can get a replacement, so I’m hoping that goes well. Just something to keep in mind—the system works great when everything is functioning, but the bags aren’t very useful without a working pump. I’d still say it’s a good product overall, just hoping for better durability. If the pump would not have stopped working, I'd give this 5 stars. Without the pump, it's really all unusable.

Great Product. Works well. I travel internationally often, and do my best to carry on my luggage as much as possible. Having a suitcase lost when you are outside the US isn't a minor inconvenience, it takes DAYS to get your bag back. Many airlines have changed the maximum allowable size of carry on suitcases, which had me concerned i would be forced to start checking luggage. I bought these bags in an attempt to keep using my old and trusty carry on for as long as possible. I have used them twice in the past month to travel to Northern Europe for work, and i was very impressed on how well they work. I estimate the bags gained about 50% more room in my suitcase. The bags are sturdy, and should last a long time if taken care of. Certainly, you would not put sharp or odd shaped stuff in the bag and over stress the material. The suction motor works great, pulls every molecule of air out of the bag and charges from a standard USB-C cable. My only negative would be the suction motor is very loud. I ended up putting a pillow over the motor when packing in a hotel room as to not disturb my neighbors! A lesson I learned the first time using the bags was to fold your hanging clothes carefully. Did not the first time and had to do a lot of steaming at my destination. The second use I folded the clothes more carefully and it reduced the wrinkles quite a bit. Hanging clothes will not come out of the bags ready to wear, i can live with that. However, if you bag all your other clothing, there is a ton more room for hanging close in the suitcase.

Game changing for traveling now! Since every airline charges for bags traveling with a family is tough we are always over weight. This packing cube is gamechanging I fit 5daya of my and one kids clothes in one bag! And both bags fit in one carryon and left space for more cubes! These are different from normal cubes these compress so well! And I have multiple bags. They are so easy to us and the mini vaccum hasn't needed charge yet. I am bummed it comes with only two bags for the price, but It is really worth it. I will be buying more once my kids grow up a bit and or if these break from wear and tear! These remain tight and leak free until you open them. The gasket is super tight! So great love love these!

I really like the bags for travel, easily pack a week into a carry on. The only issue is the pump quite working even after making sure fully charged. I have 3 sets which my wife and I use but the pump should not quit after 4-5 months of owning and only work 6-7 trips. Cannot find where Incan get a replacement pump.

Pump stopped working after 1 trip(used it twice ) But the seller contacted me after I mentioned that in my original review and immediately sent me a new one. Then checked in again to make sure it was working properly. I of course appreciated the concern and commitment to making the product work for me. The bag itself is very well made and sturdy, not thin or flimsy. Now that I recieved the new pump I am very satisfied!

I’ve been really happy with these vacuum bags for organizing clothes while traveling. The bags are a good size and make it much easier to fit more items into my luggage. The wireless pump is convenient and makes the compression process quick and simple. The zipper and seal feel secure, and I haven’t had any issues with air leaking out during packing. They’re also lightweight and easy to fold or store when not in use. The compact design is especially helpful for suitcases and carry-ons. A very useful travel accessory and a great way to save space while keeping clothes organized.

I love this product. The material is strong, the zipper works perfectly to keep it all airtight and the mini pump is perfect. My only complaint.. I wish the pump was in a little hard case, as it was so easy to have something in my bag hit the button and turn it on (very annoying). Or, I wish it had a on/off toggle instead of the button.

The pump does not start, first time I travelled was 32 days after purchase so could not return or claim warranty. Pump also has no visible charging indicator.
