I waited to write this review to get myself time to see if I actually like the product. My house is a very open space. The thing I like about this product is it is very small and does not take up a lot of room. If you have a small place I would suggest buy this. It actually does help. We have a Google thermostat pretty advanced. We have visibly seen from the time frame that we've had this and have used it. The humidity has decreased in our house. You do have to keep an eye out on the tank and make sure that you're changing it. The tank for it is pretty big. I also like the light up feature. There's a lot of settings that you can use. I highly recommend it. It does cover a lot of space. I have it sitting in my living room which is open and connected to the dining room and the kitchen. I found this product to be well worth the money I spent. Hopefully this review helps- as a mom of five kids, it has changed the atmosphere in my house. I did research and looked at all the reviews before I bought this product. I went back and forth for 2 months before. I just went ahead and bought it to see. I think the investment paid off. I'll update if anything happens and or goes wrong. As of right now it's working the way it should also easy to maintain with the busy life that I have.

Worked great at first but now 11 months in and unit stopped working about a month ago. Have tried everything to get it to work to no avail. All of the operating functions are working but no water is being collected. UPDATE: The seller reached out to me in July asked for a video showing what the unit was doing. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to provide the video. I had left the unit unplugged and was doing fall cleaning recently and I decided to plug it back in before I threw it away and it has now been working perfectly for the last week. So, I wanted the seller to know this and to give them a fair review as they did try to make it right for me.

the temperature reading is always off! I don't know if it is just slow moving and very delayed or just off! This thing does great at drying the air! I have 4 hygrometers in my trailer in the four corners to make sure I am circulating the air enough and this unit is always 5% - 7% below what they read at. If I want humidity to be at 60% in my space then I need to set this machine to 55%. Not a huge deal to me since I am one to tinker and figure things out, but can imagine this not being good for others who may not have other hygrometer readings to go off of and just trust the machine is doing its thing. I have a tropical jungle in my camper so I maintain 55% - 65% humidity at all times with both a humidifier and de humidifier. The humidifier is a Mars Hydro unit and the hygrometer on that thing is real time! Updates every second it seems which is pretty wild! not expecting that out of this machine but something a bit more accurate would be nice! Although the machine gets the moisture out of the air very well I feel the humidity reading is a big feature to not have right so that is why 3 stars and not 4. The unit is pretty quiet as well even on high. I haven't used the hose feature and only been filling the reservoir. I empty it every day so it has never gotten full. I am sure it would take roughly 3 - 4 days to do so given the way I manage the humidity in my place. I thought about returning it but saw the reviews before I bought this and saw one other user had the same concern about the humidity reading so no sense in returning for another unit to have nothing change. I am just glad this one takes moisture out as I tried 2 other units that did almost nothing! Not sure how long the lifespan of the unit but been using it almost daily for over a month. I hope it can last a few years. It is a good value for the money! Power consumption seems to be low.

Much smaller size footprint but it seems to work much quicker by lowering humidity which need to empty the water tank. Love the color changing option or can set it on a specific color which adds to the overall mood and allow easier to see in the dark. It's much quieter compared to the bigger unit we been using in the basement but we needed something for a room on another floor and this does the job! Highly recommended, as the humidity sensor is aligned with our other units and thermometers which is nice and operates efficiently.

*update 1/11/2025 The fact that it has only filled up once since purchase is sooooo disappointing! I do not recommend this at all. The bathroom I keep it in has NOW become so musty and all the clothes I keep in the bathroom closet have to be rewashed to get the smell out. I should have been smart and returned this. It is complete junk. *Update 4/4/2024 I've kept this on auto and it runs most of the time. It still has collected just have a tiny amount of wate. I have not emptied the water as of yet. I just opened up the box and set it up two nights ago. It is a very quiet machine. The colored lights never came on maybe in time they will. I set the timer to 8 hours and then reset twice. There wasn't even a half inch of water in the tub after 24 hours. I will give it more time and update my review.

Seller does not include AU power point adapter and the product is useless until I go and buy one myself.
