Great small+ large cat Furbo
It works well, in this one the dreamies do get a bit overcrowded and lodged also the fact that it’s small you have to top it up every other day. Asides from that, great small camera which send notifications about my pets behaviour and people coming in. It moves well, comes with a long wire so even if it’s high up it can still move 360. Easy to setup with app on phone and yes a subscription is required but the fact that it makes a diary for me and updates me of what my cat gets up to I would say it’s worth it. The black cat camera works well too, comes with cat toy that my cat sometimes/rarely plays with. It camouflages well in my living room. Got it part of the deal for the cat camera, you can fit many treats in that one. Works well in the dark. 🐱

Pricey but great piece of kit
Positive points: I bought this to give myself some peace of mind while I am away from home. It definitely does that. My dogs recognise when it is in use as the light changes from yellow to blue (colours dogs can see). They usually look up immediately when I turn it on to watch them, even if I don't activate the microphone or dispense any treats. They quickly learned to recognise the noise it makes to signal that treats are coming and come to get them very eagerly. They also seem to recognise my voice when I speak to them through the microphone and will obey commands I give them. The night vision camera is great for low light conditions and often gives a clearer view than the normal camera, even during the day. The Furbo takes their regular kibble as well as various different brands of treats, so long as they are in small pieces. The unit looks easy to clean and the mechanism hasn't jammed once after dispensing treats hundreds of times now. I love that I can take photos and videos of my dogs and some of the things they get up to when they think I can't see them. I just wish I could show them the photo evidence of them caught sitting on the sofa! The barking alerts work well. They are sent promptly and let me check in and decide if I want to speak to the dogs or dispense treats to distract them. It ignores the gruff and growly noises my dogs make when they are just playing nicely together and only picks up and alerts me to a "genuine" bark. Negative points: It took a while to get this set up properly as the Furbo unit wouldn't maintain a good connection with my router despite it being in direct line of sight and only about three metres away. My phone showed a full wifi signal where I had located the Furbo. The customer services team were excellent. Very helpful and prompt with their replies. After a firmware update and then resetting the Furbo and connecting again it has been much better. I bought a wifi signal booster hoping that would give me 100% reliability for the connection. It is still a bit unstable, but is now good about 95% of the time. At first I could only use the app while I was also at home and using wifi (it wouldn't connect using mobile data at all - I am on EE). This was a bit pointless. However, after the firmware update and resetting the unit, it now connects perfectly over mobile data so I can keep an eye on my dogs while I am away from home. My dogs would destroy the Furbo unit if they could reach it to get to the treats inside, so I have placed it on a high bookcase. This works well but would be vastly improved if it were possible to tilt the camera downwards. As it is, I have had to tip the whole unit forwards and wedge a block under the base so that it gives a good view of the room. The wide angle is great, but when it is located up as high as I need to have it, I can't see the floor (which is where my dogs are most of the time - or at least, where they are supposed to be but the sofa is obviously so much more comfortable!) without tipping it forwards. With the Furbo unit in this tilted position it is a little bit unstable and doesn't fire the treats out so well. It still does, but they tend to just spill or dribble out rather than shoot forwards as they do when it is sitting level. It also gives out far more treats in this tilted position so I am going through them too quickly. As it is not possible to fill the unit with many treats to begin with, this is a problem. There is a slight delay on the camera so it is not ideal for talking to the dogs and timing my words to their behaviour and reactions, but the delay is only about a second so it is not a major issue. Overall, I absolutely love my Furbo. It was expensive but the peace of mind is has given me on the occasions I have needed to leave my dogs at home has been worth it. One dog in particular suffers from separation anxiety and she seems to take comfort from hearing my voice occasionally. Of course, I can't be sure she recognises it is me speaking, but she recognises her name and some basic commands so it distracts her from whatever she is doing or feeling for a few moments at least. Even with my few criticisms, I would still give this 5 stars.

Highly recommend
I’ve been skeptical for so long, expecting it to be too good to be true. It’s not, this is such a great camera and treat dispenser. The app is also great with so many fun features. We’re currently doing separation anxiety training, and working with the trainer we’ve found a treat dispenser (after lots and lots of mat training) helps remind my dog to go and relax on her mat. This is brilliant to be able to do that remotely rather than a normal treat dispenser that has a button. Such great alerts and motion detection. The quality is great. You can change the sound the dispenser makes so that it is silent or a custom sound. You can only export 1 minute at a time though, whereas on a Ring indoor camera you get 10 minutes. I found for seperation anxiety training I’ll use both cameras as I need to export and send to trainer. Really fun to set up and use.

Fantastic bit of kit, treat dispenser works great & easy to set up
After I’d read some of the negative reviews I started to panic a bit, but this product fantastic! It arrived next day and was super easy to set up, all you have to do is download the app and connect it to your WiFi. There’s a lot of negative comments about the treat dispenser, but I realised puppy kibble works great, but you just need to make sure it’s not the really oily sticky stuff (which is basically just physics). My pup prefers the sticky kibble, so I mixed some of the drier stuff in which stopped it getting stuck. The image is great and (I don’t know if there’s been some sort of update), but the sound quality is fine with no scary sounds. The sound it makes before it gives a treat really gets his attention and seemed to work better than a recorded message. He’s not scared by whirring sound of the dispenser mechanism, but I guess some dogs might be. He’s not as excited about hearing my voice as he is when I arrive home, but maybe this will come in time. It is quite pricey, this is my main reservation, but I guess gopros are too and this has the added feature of the treats. But, just 2 days after we bought it, what we thought was a minor medical condition worsened and I started reciving text messages to say he was barking (actually he was crying 😢). I couldn’t get to him, but I could keep a check on him, keep talking to him and eventually decided to send in a relative to take him to the vets. It was so traumatic seeing him like that, but his suffering was greatly reduced because I could actually hear and see hi, which I’m so grateful for

It looked beautiful and well made and i managed to set it ...
I was looking forward to using this as my dog suffers separation anxiety. It looked beautiful and well made and i managed to set it up very easily and connect to wi-fi. I am afraid that the positives end there. First of all the treat dispenser works but what a noise it makes quite scary for my dog adding to his anxiety - ok so he will get used to it and hopefully associate it with good things and with my voice recorded for extra comfort i thought that would help except the audio quality is TERRIBLE and just a muffled mess. The next thing is the video quality - it looks great if nothing moves so a perfect view of my lounge but my dogs are just a blur and there is a long delay so i can't speak to them in real time - this is not down to my internet connection which works perfectly well enough to stream films. Then i saw reviews that the Furbo wouldn't connect via mobile internet so i tried and yes they are right - the app just froze on the progress bar so i can't see my dog when im away from home - kind of the main reason i wanted this. Finally the price - very very expensive for something that has not been thoroughly tested. Its so disappointing as the marketing, design and packaging is spot on but unfortunately its not fit for purpose so i will be returning it.

Brilliant, absolutely worth every penny.
This is an outstanding device, absolutely love the treat tosser! It launches treats high and far, which keeps my dogs entertained. The 360° camera offers excellent coverage, and the ability to talk to your dogs remotely is incredibly reassuring. One unexpected but amazing feature is the smart alerts. I had no idea it would notify me when my dog is barking, and even better, it automatically records during those moments, so I can review the footage later. It's been a game changer for peace of mind! The only difficulty I had was setting up a UK account with the app because the default is the United States.

Love my Furbo!!
I had concerns about buying this dog cam after reading the reviews, and now I can say from personal experience that there can be some issues. So why the 5 stars? Well, because the Customer Support is second to none...and I love the Furbo! We did have some issues setting it up initially as it didn't seem to want to connect to the wifi...but patience is required. It does connect, just seems to need a little time (up to an hour) to accept this new wifi relationship. In any case, just call/message Support and they will sort it out for you if the issue persists. Several reviews complain that strong wifi reception is required. Well, while strong wifi is obviously preferable, ours works very well with just 2-3 bars of wifi, so it doesn't need to be super strong. Ok, occasionally the connection drops but if it bothered me that much I would just get a wifi booster for that room. Can't fault the product for that. The treat dispenser feature is great fun, and works perfectly as long as you use non-sticky smallish sized treats. Just experiment with different treats until you find the ones that work best for you. We just use our dog's kibble and about 5 shoot out at once but that's fun to watch her finding them all. They can shoot about 4 foot across the room so position your Furbo carefully. We did have an issue with treats sticking at first (used incompatible treats) and I was too rough with poking my fingers inside the mechanism and I dislodged a white plastic disc which took me a long time to put back in place. This disc has a small groove around the rim which needs to be perfectly aligned on the Furbo mechanism and it is incredibly fiddly to get back in place. But lesson learned - just be gentle with the Furbo's insides. And don't blame the Furbo if this disc becomes dislodged and the treat dispenser function stops working (like some reviewers have done) because it doesn't fall out all by itself. The camera/video quality is brilliant, and I love the night vision feature! The bark alert to the phone is also excellent, though there is a fractional time delay. The audio from phone to the Furbo didn't work so well for my dog at first - I don't think she recognised my voice, but over time she seems to have got used to it (and will now 'Quiet' in middle of the night when I can't be bothered to get up to tell her off). We did have a problem with the audio coming from the Furbo initially - sounded like a bad case of gurgling water pipes, but Support asked me to send them a video, which I did, and they promptly replaced the unit. Honestly can't ask for better service than that! Oh, and don't try to listen to the Furbo on your phone while you're close to the Furbo unit as it causes screeching feedback interference. We recently got a new puppy and I would be afraid to go out if I couldn't check up on her occasionally. It's so reassuring to see her sleeping peacefully (or just not chewing the furniture) and now I can relax and enjoy socialising away from the house. Love the Furbo - don't know how I would manage without it!!

it is beautifully packed - think Apple quality here
Yes I know this is really intended for dogs, but we have two house rabbits and so seemed worth a try. Package arrived, it is beautifully packed - think Apple quality here. Had expected the set up to be a nightmare, but good first impressions on the app, and after a few nervous waits, the thing linked up to the home wifi, and after a few more waits, the lights on the unit showed it was ready. Worked first time. Through the app, the video is really pin sharp, the view is wide angle but you can zoom right in and see what the little ones are up to. Slight (< 1 second) time delay (not an issue), and no colour correction so the picture is quite golden in the evening with the house lights on. The audio is clear both ways (just a fun thing to do in our case as rabbits don't bark - house rabbits really don't make good guard dogs!!). Treat throwing works surprisingly well - rabbit food is quite small so the rabbits get a random 2-8 pieces a shot, a bit variable but rewarding to see the bunnies scampering around after them! Needs filling up occasionally, how often depends on how many throws! Overall, the unit is well engineered, looks really good, sits quietly in the corner, and bursts into life on demand. The app is very well written, fun to use, very clear, works well. Expensive, but a heap of fun!

The Ultimate Peace of Mind for Anxious Cat Parents (And a Ton of Fun!)
Overall Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) As a devoted cat parent, I'm plagued by the classic questions every time I leave the house: Is he okay? Is he bored? Is he lonely? Did he just knock over that expensive vase? I've tried other pet cameras before, but they were always static, and my cat, like most, is not a statue. He roams. I would end up staring at an empty patch of carpet, which did nothing for my anxiety. Enter the Furbo 360° Cat Camera. I was intrigued by the 360-degree view and the smart features. After several weeks of use, I can say without hesitation that this is the single best "pet-tech" purchase I have ever made. It's a peace-of-mind machine. Section 1: Unboxing, Design, and Setup The setup process was impressively simple. I downloaded the Furbo app, plugged in the camera, and followed the on-screen instructions to connect it to my home Wi-Fi. The entire process took less than five minutes. The unit itself is sleek, modern, and sturdy. It doesn't look like a clunky piece of security tech; it blends right into my living room decor. The base is wide and heavy enough that my cat has (so far) shown no ability or interest in knocking it over. The treat-loading mechanism is simple, and I love the natural bamboo lid, which feels secure and "pet safe"—no easy-to-chew plastic bits. Section 2: The Hardware (What You Get Out of the Box) The core features of the camera itself are fantastic, even without the subscription. The 360° View: This is the absolute game-changer. Through the app, I can swipe to pan the camera a full 360 degrees. But the real magic is the auto-tracking. When the camera sees my cat move, it automatically follows him. I no longer lose him as he walks from the couch to his food bowl. I can see everything. Video & Audio Quality: The 1080p HD video is crystal clear during the day. The auto-night vision is equally sharp, allowing me to see his late-night "zoomies" in perfect black-and-white detail. The two-way audio is crisp with minimal lag. I can call his name, and he instantly looks up and often meows or chirps back. The Treat Tosser: This is my cat's favorite feature, by far. The app has a simple button to toss a treat. The Furbo makes a little "calling" sound (which my cat learned in less than a day), and then it quietly flings a treat across the room. It’s a wonderful way to interact and reward him for just being cute, even when I'm at the office. Section 3: The "Furbo Nanny" Paid Plan (The Smart Features) This is the most important part of the review. To unlock the smartest features—the proactive alerts, cloud recording, and advanced security—you need the paid "Furbo Nanny" subscription. I was hesitant at first, but after the free trial, I was completely sold. The hardware is the "eyes," but the subscription is the "brain." Here’s what made it an easy decision for me: Proactive, Specific Alerts: This isn't just a generic "motion detected" alert that my old security cam gave me for every dust bunny. Furbo Nanny gives me alerts I actually care about: Cat Activity Alert: I get a push notification specifically when my cat is running, playing, or jumping on furniture. I can quickly check in, see he's just being a cat, and go back to my work. Meowing Alert: This is my most-used feature. The Furbo detects the sound of meowing and alerts me. I can then open the app, see if he's just saying hello or seems distressed, and use the two-way audio to talk to him and calm him down. It has been a miracle for my "is he okay?" anxiety. Person Alert (Home Security): This is the "Home Security" feature. The camera can tell the difference between a pet and a person. I get a specific "Person Detected" alert, which is invaluable. I know exactly when the cat sitter arrives or, more importantly, if someone who isn't supposed to be there enters my apartment. Cloud Recording & "Kitty Diary": The Nanny service records these "events" (meowing, activity, people) and saves them to the cloud. My favorite part is the "Doggie/Kitty Diary." At the end of the day, the app creates a 60-second highlight reel of my cat's activities, set to cheerful music. It's beyond charming and saves me from having to scrub through hours of footage to find the cute moments. Section 4: The Verdict: True Peace of Mind The Furbo 360° Cat Camera is a premium product, and the subscription is an added cost. However, the value it provides is immense. I am no longer a high-anxiety cat parent. When I'm in a long meeting and my phone buzzes, I see a "Cat Activity" alert, open the app, watch my cat bat his favorite toy, toss him a treat, and close the app with a smile. It's a security camera and a pet interaction tool all in one. It has strengthened my bond with my cat and given me the freedom to be away from home without the guilt. If you, too, are an anxious pet parent, you cannot put a price on the peace of mind this device delivers. It's worth every penny.

Wonderful product, blows peoples minds
I work full time in an office 30 mins away from home, so having the ability to watch my young dog and play/interact with him from work is awesome. The treat launcher is well designed and can accomodate many kinds of treats as long as they arent too big. Sometimes it doesnt launch them perfectly but what can you expect when its designed to be universal for many different kinds of treats. I ordered a tripod because Furbo has a tripod attachment on the bottom (perfect because my dog is often in a large pen and this will allow it to shoot over the walls of the pen). People are often really impressed when i show them a live cam feed of my puppy on my smartphone and then start shooting treats at him. The bark alert notifications are another reason why I bought this. It usually doesnt notify you if he barks while youre home but its very effective at detecting barks and sending you a smartphone notification while youre away. The video quality is excellent, the app is well designed in my opinion and user-friendly, the company obviously made a serious effort and put a lot of thought into this product. It has great nightvision for low lighting or dark rooms as well, and it will automatically switch to nightvision mode when it gets dark. You can also zoom in (i think up to 4x?) on the video which is neat. You can also listen in on the room and talk to your dog through the Furbo, although I dont really use this. I waited until it went on sale, and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I recommended it to several people already.

disappointing
While Furbo is very good at spotting humans, it’s rather rubbish at spotting cats. I have a small apartment, the whole thing apart from the bedroom and bathroom can be seen on the screen. Yet the camera only reports my cat “walking” or “sleeping on the sofa” when they are directly in front of it. My cats are rather vocal, they frequently demanded attention, they got mine but Furbo did not pick up on any of it. Same as for destroying the sofa, when they sleep on it I get a report, but when my little interior designer decides to remodel Furbo turns a blind eye. The camera is supposed to follow your pet when it walks by, but this only works 50% of the time. As for the software, I have yet to find the language settings (this might be a me-issue) but for some reason I get a rather crappy mix of French and English. The only truely positive thing I can say is that the nightvision works great.

Do not buy !!
I repeat do not buy ! don’t do the mistake I did . Extremely expensive, extremely bad app, and imagine to use features on the app you need a subscription ! do not buy this product. You should buy eufy pet instead .
