Great product as it is easy to take and it helps bulk up and move stool so it does not sit to long. I started with one cap and know I am on three at one time. I just make sure that I do not take any medications two hours before or when taking this as it will also moves anything you have in your system out. This is a daily use for me. Love it !

Product is fantastic and so is the small business that sells it! I ordered two bottles of this product in July, but one bottle was the wrong item. I ordered this brand because Consumer Labs test showed it does not contain toxins like arsenic , lead and other contaminants. The capsules are easy to swallow also.
