Doll & Playset, Lagoona Blue Scare-adise Island Snack Shack with Food Accessories & Color-Change Drinks

This is probably my favorite Lagoona Blue doll. Her hair is gorgeous, nice long saran in a simple but pretty style. Her face paint is very "natural" looking, with nice pink lips for a fresh-faced look. Outfit-wise, I like the black on her, and though the plastic "netting" over the skirt is kinda meh to me, it looks good with the shoes and the shiny vinyl ruffle on the bottom of the skirt. The playset is really cut too. I wish it had a chair, but the little food pieces are so cute and detailed. The dolls can actually hold the pizza slices, and the sushi tray is adorable. Overall I love this set! Admittedly, I bought it mostly for the doll, but my niece absolutely loved the playset pieces.

I love this playset. Lagoona herself looks great, she’s not a budget doll like you would normally expect to get with a playset. To my fellow Collectors out there, you know what I’m talking about. I would recommend this doll/playset to anyone looking for a child/teenage Collector Birthday gift idea. There’s lots of really cool and well made accessories included and I think a child/teen collector would go wild for this. 5 STARS!

We opened this and it seemed like it was brand new as far as the packaging being sealed but it was full of sand?? I thought at first it may have come with some kind of kinetic sand type accessory, but it didn’t. We got this on a sale price and my daughter loved it so we just vacuumed it. The set itself is awesome and the doll is beautiful, just the weirdest sand thing. See my photos and videos.

My daughter and I have played with this several times. The doll has a lot of details and the accessories are so cute and match the Monster high theme of creepy. The color change cups add to the fun! Totally awesome playset!

I am a G3 Lagoona Blue Truther and this doll is It. She's not very expensive with the set she comes with. Her base doll is a more "budget" version with no chest articulation, but the rest of her poses beautifully! I think the Scare-Adise Island line is so much fun and this set brings the fantasy to life. I do wish she'd come with a little more fashion accessories for herself, like a necklace, earring, or even decals for her hair, but I am overall in love with her. Her face card is amazing!

Really good price and butifol doll

This version of Lagoona is very cute. I like her simple hairstyle. There's not too much gel in her hair, just at the ends and it's easily brushed out. She's fully rooted and had very little hair loss during brushing. She comes in a cute knee-length skirt with pleather fringe, and a bikini top. She has a silicone fish net overskirt. Her shoes are also made of softer plastic, and the heels like to fold in. They're supposed to be fish hooks. Because of this, she won't stand on her own, and like all G3 Monster High dolls, she doesn't come with a stand or brush. The big question is will the paint stay on her legs, since they have that gradient. My gradient had a texture, and I'm not sure it's supposed to. My older MH dolls with similar gradient do not, and I don't recall texture on my Skulltimate Secrets Lagoona versions either. I'm going to tentatively say this has still not quite been solved, and it may rub off with prolonged play. The Snack shack is simple, just a counter with a top. It comes with an old-timey cash register with a crank and a half-barrel standing table for the dolls to eat their snacks. Unfortunately, it's not quite quite large enough to contain the sushi tray, and is really only wide enough for a couple of drinks. It has shelves on the inside to hide any accessories not in use. I do like the detail on the food. There's lightening bolt shaped pizza slices, which have been used before in the Creepover set. Instead of olives it's got little spiders. The sushi follows the same motif - the spider rolls are spiders and the nigiri look like pill bugs. There's two skullette-shaped tiki drinks in different colors with straws and umbrellas. Then there's two Mai Tai style drinks with color change paint inside to they look like they're empty when the water is warm and full when the water is cold (or it is dry). The paint Mattel is using for color change these days is quite good and you don't actually need water to make them change colors, just put them in your hand so they warm up. This is a very cute set that will go nicely with the rest of the Scare-adise Island dolls.

So glad to finally be able to add Lagoona to my collection this was the last one I needed for this set! Package and box came with no dents or anything and everything was perfect! Love all the accessories and the stand it came with!
