POPCHOSE Fabric Shaver, Lint Shaver with 6-Leaf Blade, Rechargeable

I got this a few days ago and immediately tried it on one of my merino wool sweaters that was heavily pilled. This lint shaver did an amazing job on it. I am wandering all of the house using it on everything that has lint on it. It comes with two extra rotary blade assemblies, presumably because the blades will eventually get dull. It is difficult to take the battery cover off but I finally was able to. It takes just one AA battery. It also comes with a tiny brush which is very useful for brushing lint off the blades. I initially used it with the plastic cover on and it kinda worked but then I realized youre probably supposed to take that off when you use it! If you have a heavily pilled garment you might have to empty the lint chamber more than once while de-pilling it ... but that is no big deal. This is an amazingly well-designed product. I am kinda obsessed with it! SO ... some advice from an expert knitter. If you are using it on a knit item, be sure to note the difference between a PILL and a PULLED THREAD. You want it to shave off the pills, but DO NOT shave off the pulled threads. The reason is that by cutting a pulled thread you are literally making a tiny hole in the garment, something which will allow the knitting to unravel. Deal with pulled threads by pulling them to the wrong side of the garment where they cant be seen. There are probably youtube videos out there explaining this but basically, thread a fine needle with thread (dont tie a knot in the end), push it through from the back to the spot where the pulled thread is located, go THROUGH the pulled thread loop or even through the yarn itself, then back down through the exact spot where you inserted the needle. this should pull the pulled thread to the back of the garment, where you can slip the needle and thread free, leaving the pulled thread on the wrong side where it wont show!

I was skeptical... ya know stuff on here is not always as presented, even ratings can be skewed. In this case, it was everything it said it was and the reviews seem to be correct. I'm pleased. It came on time, no damage, already charged. Tried it on an awful pair of thick socks. Going in small circles method is best. The socks had small, medium and large piles, all gone now. No snagging or tearing. Seemed to work on a T-shirt very well. Looking forward to using it. Not sure about how long it will last, but seems fairly well built, if not abused should last awhile. I would recommend and being under $10 is a plus.

I've never owned one of these before, however I've used one before with complaints of always changing the batteries. I've used mine multiple times on a couple black hoodies and it works amazing. They look new when I'm done. I've actually purchased used clothing and made them look like new again. Some purple don't want to spend the time making something old look me again. It's so worth the time. The batteries last a very long time. Huge plus. And the USB-C connector plug makes it super simple to find a handy charger in more than one location in my home or shop. Keep that in mind, no lost chargers! 😃😃😃 Easy to clean, and sturdy enough for the job at hand. Be mindful on the threads of the cutter head cover. They are a fine thread. Other than that, it's light, compact and powerful enough to plow through heavy lint on materials. I can honestly say I'm very impressed with this tool. I'm a guy, so it's a tool. Lol!

I am very happy with this shaver. It does not get heavy use, but has performed well for my purposes. I bought this March 2025 and used it to remove pills from brushed cotton twill-type fabric and some sweaters. While I had hesitated to purchase a rechargeable shaver, after being stored for 9 or 10 months it retained enough charge for me to use it to remove lint balls from a comforter. It is not super powerful, but it has removed pills and lint balls with relatively little effort. Removing the pilling has kept my items from looking shabby and worn. The only problems I've had are related to cleaning the shaver. I have found it a little tricky to get the lint chamber off to empty it (I have to push down really firmly as I slide it off) and I have had trouble screwing the blade cover back on. The threads are plastic and it is easy to cross-thread it when screwing it into place. For occasional use, this has been great and the price was hard to beat.

I have to admit I was skeptical about this device, but am pleasantly surprised. This POPCHOSE lint shaver really works great. -See pics- It comes with with 6-leaf blade, plus couple extra and a plastic cover that snaps over blades when not in use. It is rechargeable and they provide a short little USB C charging cord, but no wall wart. An easy to remove plastic catcher for the lint as well as a tiny brush to clean it and blades. You'll also receive a small drawstring bag to store it all. Works great and I can recommend this product.

This was a must buy for us. It got those round balls off of our bed and sheets. Super easy to use. Easy switch between speed s and off. Worth the buy. It's small enough to be hand held. Need to empty it as you go.

This what I got off of one 4” section of sleeve, all the way around. Be sure to keep fabric perfectly flat so as not to cut a tiny hole in you your garment or other item. So far I am thrilled with its performance. And it came charged, which is nice that I could test it straight out of the box.

Très bien. Grille de coupe assez large. Bonne autonomie de la batterie. Sac de rangement à cordon pratique aussi. Réservoir à bouloches un peu petit peut-être.
