The product is just as described, easy to clean and take apart and put back together. It keep food warm and cold. I heated some soup up for my sons lunch and it was still warm when he opened it at lunch time. It has also been easy for them to open independently and close independently.I have not put it in the dishwasher only hand washed. And I noticed the decorative dinosaurs on the side of the blue thermos are coming off. I wouldn’t recommend getting the decorative ones but the solid colored ones hold up and work amazing.Overall I would give it 4 stars because everything else is great about this product, just the decorative plastic seems to be coming off after one hand wash.

Very easy to use for little ones. The top is not a screw on. Just push the lever down. I left boiking hot water in to heat it up for 10 mins. Then empty it. Dry it and added chicken nuggets and they stayed warm for about 4 hrs. Very easy to use. Wide mouth for easy filling. Cute design also. Washed by hand.

My kindergartner had a hard time lifting the lid up to open after the latch was lifted. The suctions and rubber ring made it hard for her pull it up. She said she needed help from her teacher to open it during lunch. She also complains that her Mac n cheese was cold, not even warm like her other thermos. We tested it at home and after 3 hours, hot food was already cool, even when we pre warm it with hot boiling water for 10 min.. Overall she likes the design, I’ll just have to drop it off when she wants hot lunch.
