Comfy add-on support for your chair
My office chair is not that comfortable. In fact I'm not sure there is a comfortable chair in the whole office building I work in! In a effort to relieve my back and neck I got these and strapped them to my chair. Much better! The pillow is soft and easy to settle into. The back support is perfect for me. Would buy again!

Very small pillow
I wanted a pillow to keep my head relatively even with the chair so I could play games and lean back without being super far back. This pillow is basically barely there, kind of frustrating.. Its not some insult for the price, but if you're looking for a quality pillow to put your head on while playing games, go elsewhere.

Back pillow is too soft
brought for long gaming sessions. The neck pillow is fantastic!!! supports great. The back pillow (which is the reason I brought the set) is way too soft!!! I was expecting the firmness i got from the neck pillow.

Works well
Initially as I put it in the van first time it seemed pointless, too soft, didn’t feel it in my lower back! But, my back ache after driving for an hour or so decreased massively! Coincidence? Maybe, but I don’t think so. I have disk issues so suffer a lot when driving, this seems to have helped a lot, but as us bad back sufferers know all backs are so different. I’d advise try it, no good? Send it back and try another!

lumbar support is pretty flat
it's a great package as is a headrest + lumbar support in a $50 package. usually one would be that price. but the lumbar support is relatively flat. so if you're looking for an arch support don't buy this.

Good and quality
It fits me perfectly. I like it. Feel like my back pain and neck pain reduced. I would definitely recommend it worth the money

OK but lumbar part could be more substantial
Not bad (using it for office chair), but it'd be better if the lumbar support was more substantial
