Battery
The item was listed as refurbished, but the battery is no good as you have to keep it on charge. If not the battery goes very quick. This is no good for my son who has ADHD and autism. I now have an issue of trying to take the phone off of him to get it fixed this is why I’m contacting Amazon.

La batería empezó a fallar al mes, se calentaba muchísimo desde el día 1, no lo devolví por todo el lío que suponía y porque el transporte no se hacía cargo de pérdida o algo por el camino y la empresa hasta que no llegara se desentendia, estéticamente estaba prácticamente nuevo, pero se calienta niveles que no puedes ni tocarlo, ha pasado un año y un mes desde que lo tengo y el botón de encendido no enciende, hay que darle muchos toques en la pantalla para que funcione, la tapa trasera la tiene despegada desde hace un mes, sin la funda se cae y traía restos de pegamento de haberlo abierto al comprarlo, para el precio que tiene me parece que no tiene calidad ninguna, encima la garantía solo cubre un año y se desentienden de cualquier fallo del móvil.

el smartphone tiene muchos micro rayones en la pantalla, pero lo peor es que la batería no dura ni 4 horas, debería haber sido reemplazada, ya no compraré productos reacondicionados en Amazon, aunque sea muy buena idea cuando está bien hecho, estoy muy decepcionado.

Il telefono mi è arrivato in perfette condizioni a parte solo un graffietto sullo schermo ma è quasi invisibile, mi è arrivato ben imballato in una busta con all’interno il cavetto per la ricarica. Unica piccola pecca è la batteria che non dura molto, nonostante la percentuale della batteria fosse 80%. Per il resto sono contenta dell’acquisto.
