I love these! I need surgery on both knees (34f) and these are so lovely. They heat up on the skin nicely(but avoid prolonged sun exposure while on, gets very hot) the smell is earthy but nice. I had RNY so I cant do NSAIDs and this helps swelling. Not super flexible so I usually put on with a bent knee so it doesnt pull

I was impressed with these knee patches . I hyperextended one of my knees and they're really helpful with the pain surrounding this injury. I would actually use two at a time because I had pain in the side of my knee also so I would use one on the front and then wrap another one around the side and it was very helpful for the hyperextension injury. When feeling pain ,I would put them on in the a.m. upon waking up and then I would change it out right before it went to bed basically it would give me 24-hour pain relief that way. I would definitely order these again a natural way of taking care of your knee pain without overdoing it with OTC or prescribed painkillers. I had no problem with them staying stuck on until I took them off. Make sure you're putting them on clean dry skin for the best adhesion. They do have an odor but it is not bad.

I bought some cheaper wormwood patches over a year and a half ago from aliexpress and was shocked on how great they were. These patches are worth it and effective with actually healing your pain and rejuvenating your knees.
