Then I saw the author of this book, Phil, in a YouTube interview, where he strongly recommended a well-known, low-cost AI bike-fitting platform. So I purchased this book and used the recommended AI bike-fitting online platform together. This book gives me the background information I need to understand the AI bike-fitting analysis and recommendations. Overall, this book is very useful for riders who have issues like knee pain, back pain, saddle pain, or shoulder pain, etc. and also for riders who are interested in maximising their power. The author describes different bike fitting techniques and their pros, cons, and nuances.
