The mug was more on the pricey side but as I knew she would love the quote so I placed the order. To say I was dissappointed was an understatement. The mug arrived in bubble wrap - for the price - at the very least I would expect it to come in its own box. I feel the product was over priced. From running my own business I understand there are overheads and costs that the consumer will not always be aware of that go into the production of items but this price tag of £14.95. Unless the mug came gold plated I cannot understand how you can justify this costing. The mug is a standard sized mug - again a dissappoitment, as I wanted and thought I was getting a larger than average sized mug. Which would have helped realise the costings associated with this purchase. It is a china mug, yes, but again, its a standard mug, china, with quote. Im sure someone with a cricut machine and a little know how could churn this mug out for a fraction of the cost
