Very secure
Exactly what I needed. These have a strap for the heel and a strap that goes around the front of the ankle. They attach to the pedal with Velcro. I use mine for an outdoor bike and I think they will hold up well.

c'est juste pour les attaches sont petites on peut pas faire le tour des pieds, j'ai rajouté une rallonge pour les attachés, sinon pour moi c'est correct.

back strap short
This I thought would be a great solution. No way. The back strap intended to hold the foot in place was so short that it did not fit around my sneaker. I wear a size 6 shoe.
