These heel cushion pads made my shoes wearable again. I was getting blisters on the back of my heel, and these completely solved the problem. They add just enough cushioning to prevent rubbing without making the shoes feel too tight. The adhesive holds well, and the mesh material is comfortable against the skin. Such a simple, inexpensive fix that made a huge difference. I wish I had tried these sooner!

I recently found myself in that all-too-familiar shoe predicament: a gorgeous pair of European shoes that were just a touch too loose, especially with their pointy toe box, making heel slippage a real issue. Enter the 8-piece set of Mesh Adhesive Heel Grips. I was hoping these would be the answer to my slipping woes, and in many ways, they were! These pads definitely helped with that annoying slipping and loose feeling, effectively eating up some of the extra space both under and behind my foot. It was a relief to finally walk without my heel constantly trying to escape. However, it wasn't entirely smooth sailing. I have to admit, I was a bit annoyed with the application process. The sticky adhesive just didn't want to cooperate easily, and I think I actually ruined one pair before I finally got the hang of fitting them correctly. Thankfully, the pack came with three more pairs, which was a saving grace! Once I managed to get them in properly, the comfort was there, and they did exactly what I needed them to do. For their design, overall comfort, and effectiveness in solving my loose shoe problem, I'd easily give them 4 stars. But, because of that initial struggle with the application, I had to deduct a star. Just be prepared for a little bit of a learning curve when you're sticking them in!

These did well as a last resort for saving a nicely broken pair of Keen work/hiking shoes with a steel toe that I’ve been wearing for about two years now that had the commonly worn area at the very back of the shoe where your foot goes in and we’re the back part of your foot would rest in the shoe. Started feeling a little discomfort in these awesome shoes, did a quick search here on Amazon and found these guys in these have given my favorite work shoes in a lease on life! I will probably get another year or two out of them as the rest of the shoe is holding up nicely it was just the back heel part that was worn out. When you first put them in and try your shoes on, they are going to feel a little obtrusive and irritating, definitely because you’re not used to that thing being in your shoe. A couple of days later and these have softened nicely while still doing what they are intended to do and I don’t even notice them. The adhesive on these is extremely powerful, take your time and put these in exactly where you like them and rest assured they are not going to move. I think I paid four dollars for two pairs of these, these saved and prolonged the use of a $250 pair of well loved, well worn high-quality work shoes.

Comfortable but difficult to install in tall work boots. I had to put them in blind basically, as I can’t see past my arm to place them precisely. Came unglued after a few weeks due to foot brushing against them when putting boots on. Had to use super glue to keep the top portion secured to boot heel. Not bad but not ideal.

I had the unfortunate task of trying to find another kind of heel guards for my husband's new work boots. Previous guards would shift around the minute the shoes warm up (and their adhesive gets too soft) and/or stick to the sock and rip right out when he took them off in the afternoon. It occurred to me that something with a heel part attached would work great since it is being held in place by the foot itself. I bought these for him and quickly found out just how sticky and STRONG their adhesive was. I placed one in a slightly off position and trying to rip that thing out was dang near impossible. But they have effectively served their purpose for months now. He even gave a pair to one of his coworkers who'd also just recently gotten a new pair of boots and they are still going strong for him too. No blisters! No having to shift and reapply new pads anymore! YAY

I read the reviews before using it. They advised cutting it to separate the sole part from the back one. I separated one item and it fitted perfectly in place. The second one I tried to use it as is but I can’t adjust it in the right place. It sticks strong enough so that when I tried to remove it, it took off the original insole layer either it. So, separate it from the beginning.

These are the best ones I've tried. They stick well and are comfortable.i bought some different ones for my sons shoes a few months ago as they were half the price of these and i was being tight but I wasted my money as they didn't stick so I bought more of this brand and again the quality was loads better and they stay in place! My son does lots of walking and they haven't budged.would deffo recommend these and will be purchasing these again when needed.

These actually stick on quite good, especially even if you don’t untie your shoelaces. I mean, I never do it and its still there. Great pads!

Great solution for the issue I had with my heels. I put these in all my shoes and I will no longer wear shoes that don't have these. Highly recommended.
