I bought this for my wife's birthday. She was happy to get it, and it was exactly what she wanted, however it did not work right out of the box. The red light came on, but there was no microcurrent or vibration. Unfortunately the product is not available for us to return or exchange, so this is now just an expensive red flashlight. My wife still wants a gua sha like this or something similar, but we will obviously be trying a different brand now.

When I received the product 3 days ago, I found it was compact in size and light weight with rechargeable battery (I don't like product with cell battery, create too much waste). It is very convenience for travel, I can even use it during my break time at work. After using for 3 days, i really feel my facial skin do tone up a bit. I used with the lowest energy level at the beginning as recommended by the user manual. I am using it 5 minutes during my break (of course I will not apply anything on my face), after using it I do feel refreshing. I used this machine along with Aloe Vera gel at night. I applied small amount of gel on my face then I used the machine on my facial area for 5 minutes as well. With the Aloe Vera gel, it helps to keep my face moisturize. After using it, just used a wet towel to wipe the machine clean. Very easy and no messy. I will increase the energy level next week and see if the result will be different. So far after using 3 days and 3 nights (total 10 minutes per day), I don't require to recharge the machine yet. For the small price and size of this machine, it does give me a big surprise how effective this product is.

This is the first tool like this I’ve ever tried so I am not too sure how they are supposed to feel. I felt nothing without ultrasound gel. With Gel on I felt like it was shocking my face, but maybe that’s how it is supposed to feel. I could see it contracting the muscles in my face by the twitches I got especially around the mouth and eye areas. It Felt weird to me, and caused a little anxiety, but for price and quality, it does have a strong current and does cause the muscles to contract.
