Jerky Making Kit - The simple and easy way to make real Beef Jerky at home - Includes optional Garlic Chilli flavour sachet

This pack was a present for my Dad. He loved it, he’s already made some. It was good value, was delivered very quickly and I had no problems whatsoever. It’s a good quality product and is exactly what it says on the tin. The company have checked on with me twice to see if I am happy (which I am) and that the quality of the product was what they expect it to be (which it was) which is nice to know they actually care

This was a very simple kit to use and was very successful. Although it doesn’t look very appetising ( what jerky does? ) it was very tasty and didn’t last long. We only used the bbq mix, but be aware that it is quite spicy, don’t think we could have coped with the chilli and garlic. Would definitely recommend, a tasty and unusual gift.

Amazing wonderful kit. The spices alone are worth the money. Couldn't wait to get started. I recommend a pack of lean steak and then you can bash until you get the right thickness. The instructions are simple and is 100% fail free....perfect for summer with a nice cool glass of wine. Highly HIGHLY recommend......

Spices and a bag. Nice novel gift but tiny and over priced.

I bought the jerky (and bilagong previously) and they make great gifts. Every person has loved them and been excited to make something different and new but easy to do. Delivery was quick too. Definitely recommended for a unique gift!

My son enjoyed making two batches of jerky with this neat little kit. The barbecue flavour was very spicy and the garlic and chilli even more so, so maybe use less of the marinade powder if you're not keen on heat! He didn't bother with the skewers and laid the meat over cookie cooling racks instead to dry which seemed to work just fine. He's now planning further jerky-making adventures.

Dead easy to do, took a couple of hours slow cooking. I used lean frying steak (cheap cut) and added the extra chilli sachet too for extra kick. The pack comes with all you need (except fresh beef) but I used my metal bbq skewers instead of the provided wooden ones. Great tasting beef jerky, shared around the office and everyone thought I was a genius.

Great flavour combinations, we have tried the billtong and jerky kits now and both were fantastic. great value for money if you love billtong and don't want to pay the excessive prices in shops.
