Once we received it, we saw that there were two pieces that were broken. We contacted customer service and they got us a replacement one. Customer service was great. However that meant we had to pack up the one we had and return it then wait for a new one, yet again. So even though I ordered on Black Friday, my kids didn’t get to play with it u til mid January. That was very unfortunate. After all of that we have LOVED it! I will say my kids may be a bit roung for it as they cannot build it themselves, but if my husband and I build it they love it.
