I ordered this a few days ago, and now it says it'll arrive in a few weeks. is it coming from china????

Hi no this item ships from Amazon warehouse in the USA however Amazon has delayed shipping non essential items which is why there is a shipping delay.

When will black be back in stock?

I really don't know the answer, I use it and to remove it I have to use makeup remover cream, because it's excellent, it doesn't run, and it doesn't remove with water. I like it a lot, but I don't know if it contains oil, I don't think so!

Great eye liner, applies nicely and had no issues with smudging, but it’s easy to remove. I like the ingredients, and purchased in shimmer black and purple. Would buy again.
