The ingredients are: Cabbage (47.5%), Carrots (28.4%), Radish (16.5%), Onion (4.1%), Chilli (1.2%), Garlic (0.4%), Ginger (0.4%) and Cornish Sea Salt (1.5%) and it is all absolutely delicious!! **Q: Does this contain any sugar?** A: No sugar at all, aside from any natural sugars in the vegetables. We don't add any refined sugar though - just vegetables, spices and salt. **Q: How is it stored before opening?** A: Hi there and thanks for the question. Ideally they should be stored in the fridge. You can get away with a cool dark place before opening, but you'll need to check periodically for pressure build up (from the ongoing fermentation) and release it occasionally by opening the jar slightly. Do try! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tasty *by A***R on 21 April 2022* Tastes great and lasts a long time - I purchases 6 jars as it worked out cheaper and I'm glad I did now and it's so good! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was super well packaged *by T***B on 3 February 2018* I purchased a pack of a 6, as a bit of a spur of the moment thing when I had a craving for Kimchi, which I slightly regret as that's really a lot of fermented vegetables now. There is zero chilli in it - which I should have known by looking more closely before buying - so really I don't think they should call it Kimchi. I'm going to try drowning it in chilli sauce and see if that helps. Otherwise I'm not sure what to eat it with.. It was super well packaged; I was very impressed with that. Plus you get a nice email from the seller explaining what to expect re: leakage etc. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's very healthy and probiotic, well made and well packaged.
