Tested this out for a few weeks and it started showing decent results. Feel more firmness on jawline and shape. I do wish it had instructions but I figured it out via Amazon listing instructions. Very durable and 3 different “weight” settings.

My jaws are getting stronger toned and also helped my face structure by making it look sexy af, I train my neck along with this method they go well together.

If you have a gag reflux please don't buy these you will almost choke on these things more than likely I know I did it took me a long time to get adjusted to these things and I'm still not completely adjusted to them they are Great quality I wish they made a couple more harder ones in this kit but not bad pretty soft easy to use works well you can definitely tell that your muscles and your jaw are stronger pretty good value there's definitely a way that the grid that they make inside of these draw exercisers could be made in a different grid shape to make these things stronger but they didn't do that I don't know why I wish they made it a little bit easier to breathe through your mouth and these things but that's technically not a good thing to do with breathing through your mouth they're saying it has bad health effects so it kind of does force you a little bit to breathe through your nose pretty durable I like that it comes in a clear case but I just wish they had better cases they just feel the case is feel flimsy they feel like they can be broken easily or lost but I think we need some better cases on these I like the color coding but I wish they also said on the exercisers the level of whatever you're doing like soft hard medium that was wrote on the jaw exercisers in large kind of letters

Very durable but comfortable design without being expensive. Easy and quick to use. The only issue I've had is creating a suction through the side vents, but it's not serious problem.

It doesn't come with instructions if you're looking for exercises. But I'm sure you could look that up on the internet. I got this because I'm going through PT for my TMJ disorder. And all I need is something just to hold my mouth open while I'm doing my exercises of just holding. So this is an absolutely perfect for what I need.

I was skeptical at first but had recently heard about exercise to better define your jawline so I thought I would give it a go. It felt awkward at first but the more I use them it gets easier. I am already seeing a difference in my face with just a month or so of use.

Too large a size and the wholes in sides create uncomfortable suction. I'd like to return item.
