THE BEST Nappy cream around! My little boy had awful nappy raw nappy rash, I was getting worried as nothing was working, even prescription! I tried this and it’s healed his skin amazingly! It’s thick consistency that provides a layer to protect the skin and allows it to heal, slightly messy but it’s the only cream I’ll use now, I think I’ve brought 4/5 tubes now!

Amazing stuff! My sons bottom bleeds when he is teething, being my 3rd we have tried every cream on the market. This paste heals my sons raw open bottom within hours, yes he is still red and sore but the bleeding is gone very quickly and the redness heals within a day or so.

Use this to protect my skin. I have eczema that is sometimes quite wet. This cream helps to keep it dry. It's worth a try as is quite inexpensive

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with zinc oxide paste. At under £4, it’s an absolute bargain. I bought it after searching online for help with my four-week-old baby’s severe nappy rash, which had become ulcerated with very raw, broken skin. Within 24 hours of using the zinc paste, the rash already looked noticeably better, and within three days it had completely cleared. I was genuinely amazed by how quickly it worked. For such an inexpensive product, the results were incredible. I cannot praise it highly enough, especially as someone who almost never leaves reviews online.

Efficacia immediata e protezione duratura Ho acquistato questa pasta allo zinco dell'Abena dopo aver riscontrato una fortissima irritazione cutanea, scatenata da un lunghissimo viaggio e peggiorata successivamente a causa del caldo e delle continue sollecitazioni dovute alle mie lunghe giornate di lavoro. Il bruciore e il fastidio erano tali da rendermi difficile persino camminare. Già dalla primissima applicazione, questo prodotto ha cambiato radicalmente la situazione, spegnendo il bruciore e donando un sollievo immediato che è durato per ore. Una barriera imbattibile contro lo sfregamento La concentrazione al 40% di ossido di zinco si sente tutta: la consistenza è densa e crea una vera e propria barriera protettiva bianca sulla pelle. Questa pellicola isola perfettamente la zona infiammata, impedendo qualsiasi tipo di attrito dovuto ai movimenti continui durante il turno di lavoro. Nonostante il sudore e le temperature estive, la pasta rimane in posizione e continua a proteggere a lungo senza sciogliersi o perdere di efficacia. Formulazione delicata e sicura Un punto di forza fondamentale è l'assenza totale di profumo. Avendo la pelle letteralmente "a vivo" e fortemente sensibilizzata, qualsiasi altro prodotto profumato avrebbe causato un bruciore insopportabile. Questa formula invece è estremamente delicata, lenitiva e non aggredisce chimicamente i tessuti già stressati, aiutandoli a ripararsi in tempi record. Conclusioni Il tubetto da 60 ml è pratico e compatto, e data la densità del prodotto ne basta davvero una piccola quantità per coprire la zona interessata. Ha risolto un problema severo in meno di 48 ore, permettendomi di tornare a muovermi e lavorare in totale comfort. Se cercate un prodotto risolutivo e professionale contro le irritazioni da sfregamento, non cercate altrove. Cinque stelle meritatissime!

Está crema es genial, para mi fue un verdadero acierto, después de usar varias cremas caras para quitar manchas de la cara (espinilla y del sol) y ninguna efectiva y esta con el bajo coste que tiene vale la pena. Tiene una textura muy densa como crema para el culito del bebé, pero es muy efectiva desde el primer uso note resultado.

Bought for daughters acne flare-up...Saw a difference in the skin overnight! It's a very thick formula (obviously due to the high percentage) but it spreads well and also excellent for a more localised application on a spot or blemish. Used zinc paste on all my babies as they grew up and would choose it time and time again...from birth to adulthood it's a skin saviour!
