It’s really helpful to reduce and control sugar levels. But keep in mind as it’s Ayurveda, your body will get more heat, so you should balance that with yogurt drinks, so the body stays cool. But it’s a great medicine , also make sure you don’t eat carbohydrates, you will get maximum results

The herbal remedies is not for insulin injections dependant
The herbs make my blood sugar rise so high that I experience dizziness, I am type 2 diabetes and insulin injections dependant so the herbs is not for me. Thanks.
