I have had shilajit before I ordered from amazon It was the most disgusting taste I have ever had Very disappointed with this purchase I don't even know what to send this back As never had to return any thing back I Prees the help but still dosnt tell you how to return stuff Made to put a star That it definitely doesn't deserve any

Very happy with the product definitely appears to work the taste takes them getting used to I will admit, can always take it with a little drop of honey. I’ll give it four stars I would give it five but for the taste. But you do get used to it.
