Great design, but this is smaller and lighter than I expected so not comfortable to use. But if a bit larger and sturdier would have been grate (excuse the pun).

I've had this grater for over a year and it's been very durable and handy. I don't know why I suffered with an open-ended grater all these years! It's so much more convenient to have the carrots or cheese or whatever captured in the container until you're ready to add them to your recipe. The rubber bottom keeps the holder from slipping while you grate and the handle is comfortable. Since the grater detaches from the holder, clean up is a breeze and if you're grating a small amount you can hold the just grater in your hand over wherever it goes and not even have to clean the holder. The peeler is serious business. Very sharp and effective. The garlic crusher is effective, but personally I find it more convenient to just just mince it myself or use a press. But for larger quantities of garlic, it's handy to have around. Bon appetit!

Works as described. Grates cheese. The complimentary peeler and julienne peeler is da bomb. I would buy the grater for this alone. The garlic crusher minced contraption is a pain the remove the garlic and clean afterwards.

Works pretty good. I like that it stores the cheese, and you can pour it out.

Handy gadget. I like that the shredded food is kept neatly in the holder and there are measuring guides.
