2CD / 2 Blu-ray set: wonderful DTS soundtrack and magical performances!
The content was - as expected - brilliant. I had never heard of this concert (ashamed to admit for an in-heart music lover) and bought with only my hopes. Those hopes were based on the Concert for Bangladesh that I about wore out on 8-track, which I still have in physically fairly good condition.I was not disappointed! I watched the “complete” Blu-ray straight through... all 2 hours and 26 minutes. Video quality was okay, but what I really cared about was the DTS 5.1 audio track, to get the uncompressed sound. It was fantastic!Others have gone through the content, so I won’t bore you with more commentary. Only one disappointment, which has been noted by others: the CDs do not have “Horse to Water”, sung by Sam Brown. That a missing gem in my opinion. Can’t find it other than MP3, which is truly disappointing. But that doesn’t change my 5 star rating. I haven’t as yet listened to all of the CD content or Blu-ray Disc 2, but already love it If this was recorded on film, maybe someday we’ll get a release using better than 30i (interlaced) with a slightly muddled look... maybe real HD or UHD transfer. Regardless, I recommend getting this set. It is magical!

10 stars out of 5 - Blu-ray version. Incredible.
Have had the original DVDs going back to their origin. Fantastic video and especially audio. If you have a decent quality Blu-ray audio system, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this if you were a George or Beatles fan. The tribute concert was absolutely fantastic!Additional side note: Same thing regarding the Blu-ray version of Abbey Road. Expensive set, but great pics, storylines, 3 CDs in addition to the B/R. The sound quality - especially the bass - will blow your tooshie away.

A must for all good music lovers and George Harrison fans.
If you love the music of the Beatles, George's solo career, the Traveling Wilburys and artists like Eric Clapton or Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers amongst others, this title should be in your collection. A true heartfelt tribute for a great musician by his closest an dearest friends full of love, friendship and good music, three shows: indian music, humour and a great rock concert with wonderful players. The following deaths of Billy Preston, Michael Kamen and Tom Petty just add more value to this concert and movie.

Absolute Gold.
If you have never seen this, get a glass ( bottle ) of wine, and get ready for the finest concert film you will ever see. Every artist is top notch, but the moving, touching way the Master himself, Eric Clapton, orchestrates this ensemble, as well as the film quality, make it a truly remarkable tribute to Eric's friend, the irreplaceable George Harrison. If you love George, you WILL love this concert. Amazing.

A wonderful compilation of music.
This is my second copy of this CD. I would play it all the time in my car until one day my car was broken into and along with some other CDs it was taken. So when I saw it offered I immediately bought it. Because it’s so good!!!

The spirit of George lives on...
I already own both the original CD and DVD versions of this concert but when I became aware that a new edition was to be released, I had to have it. I justified it to myself by rationalising that I needed the Blu-Ray version for the improved picture quality. I have reviewed the CD elsewhere so I won't go over old ground apart from to recommend this as possibly the finest concert you'll ever see, it's become my favourite and I've seen many fantastic concerts, either in person or experienced vicariously through different media. The purity and spirituality of George's music shines through, not one of the stellar performers attempts to steal the show, it's all about George. It's an incredibly moving occasion and I never fail to watch it without developing 'something in my eye'. Just a quick word about Clapton, he has achieved many things during his long career including rewriting rock history at least three times, but I think that this ranks up there as one of the best things he's ever done...I've said this before but as a musical director and curator he excels...the Crossroads series of concerts that he's staged are also testament to that. This is the finest tribute to a great musician you could wish for...Bless You George.

Great record vinyl quality not perfect.
This is an absolutely fabulous concert, I already have it on DVD and CD but thought I'd like it on vinyl too. The packaging is okay but poly lined record sleeves would be better than cardboard as records do tend to get scuffed with use if not. Fortunately I have spare poly lined sleeves. The vinyl itself is not as pristine as you woulds expect from a premium record collection. Several records have light scuff marks/finger prints so I thoroughly cleaned the records before use and they play perfectly. The Beatles in Mono and George Harrison collection box sets in vinyl I have purchased were absolutely in perfect order when inspected upon delivery. If you like vinyl and George Harrison's music this is a must buy.

Fantastic Vinyl Set.
Just like to say that the vinyl set is amazing. It sounds better than cd IMHO. I never thought I’d say say that. All records come in a nice box with booklet. All records are in individual album sleeves and card inner sleeves. But I wish they had something like an anti static sleeve to protect them when removing from the inner card sleeve. And maybe slightly cheaper in price too. That’s my gripe over. What a fantastic set this is

Pure Gold Concert.
George was the best of the Beatles in my opinion his music seems to have more depth and meaning than the other three, don’t get me wrong all the Beatles had their own musical talents but I preferred George’s compositions from the start in the early days when they started out but the pinnacle was All Things Must Pass album of which many tracks are performed on this disc by some of George’s best friends and his son Dhani. This 2 disc set really is a MUST for any genuine George Harrison fan.

First class.
The best concert I've heard without doubt. The ' band ' that was put together couldn't be faulted. Everyone was at the top of their game, in my opinion, with Andy Fairweather Low, Albert Lee (underused imo ) and Marc Mann outstanding . It's hard to single out anyone really...! If you like/love the music of the " Quiet Beatle " then this is for you, you definitely wont be disappointed.
