I’d been using a firm, 2” thick pillow as a hip aligner between my legs when I sleep. I recently realized it wasn’t really helping much - I’d still toss and turn all night and wake up with hip and lower back pain. I received this pillow yesterday evening and I am so happy to say that my tossing and turning was cut in half, and my sleep quality was amazing! When I opened the package I immediately thought there is no way this pillow will expand to the 6.5” it’s supposed to be - but within 10 minutes it fluffed up beautifully. Something about that crease down the center makes it so easy to find a comfortable position. It’s cloud-soft yet perfectly supportive! And for those who are concerned about being able to turn over comfortably, you don’t turn over with the pillow between your legs - you slide your leg out from under it, roll over, then slide your other leg under the pillow. Anyway, I was first drawn to it because it’s reasonably priced, and I’m so glad I clicked Buy Now. You should too.

Surprisingly really nice, much nicer than just using a reg. pillow or any other "knee or hip" pillow. Super thick & soft memory foam, great for pain relief (hips and/or knees). I've tried several other brands or types and if you really want some space and not have your ankle just hanging there then this pillow is for you!

I have bought 4 of these in the past year. Three have been the 5.5 inch height. One was the 6.5 inch height. I injured my knee early last year and needed something that I could rest my leg on and keep it elevated while sitting and also use to provide stability at night. I tried a few products before this, but this was the first one that actually provided relief. It was seriously a game changer for me. The first one started coming apart a little at the seams in about a week. Forgetting about the small rip in the seam, I tossed it in the washer a few weeks later, and it split open from one end to the other. I tossed that one out and ordered a new one because the relief it provided was just that great. Second one didn't puff up as much as the first one. It has held up well though for about 8 months. Decided to replace it, since it had gotten pretty flat and grabbed a second, thicker one to keep in my living room, instead of carrying one back and forth. The two new ones both puffed up to full height and have been great. Not sure if there's any actual quality difference between the different color options, but the white one puffed up the least for me. TLDR - Consistency is questionable, but the comfort is the real deal. The only pillow I found that could provide relief when I injured my knee. Worth the price every time. Probably a bit thick to use as a knee pillow for side sleepers until it flattens out a little. Still would highly recommend.

The pillow itself is awesome. Very comfortable to sleep with. Unfortunately, I slept only one night and the next morning the seam was already coming apart. I would love to recommend but unsure if this happens on the majority of pillows or not.

I am in love with this thing. It's fluffy, heavy, the right amt of firm and soft. I got this for a couple reasons, one was for my knees/back, but the other was that it was made w/the shredded/torn memory foam. I actually bought a bunch of those My Pillows (before that guy lost his mind) many years ago. They've held up great and always fluffy. Something I needed as I spend a lot of time in bed and got tired of pillows promising to stay firm to only go flat. The pillows were easy to fluff when needed. So I thought the same thing with this item. I put it on the top of my pillows to let it decompress. It wasn't til later I realized I was supporting my upper back, neck and head without feeling it. I've been using it as a back/neck support as well as between the knees from a back injury. It's large enough that I don't worry about it moving around and I can sleep w/o my ankles or feet touching. Weird I know, but those are now sensitive areas after breaking my feet, I know, broke one then the other two months later. But if you need a bit of extra support when reading or need to have that separation for hip/back pain, can't really go wrong with this one.

This product has such a bad chemical smell, my entire room smells from it. You cannot wash, dry or dry clean it, so not sure how to remove the smell. My only option was to return it. It did work but the smell makes it useless.

I have been using a small wedge-shaped knee pillow for a long time, and still waking up with back and hip pain every day. I have a tendency to roll from my side to my back while sleeping, and the little wedge just wasn’t enough. I received my new memory foam knee pillow yesterday. This morning, I woke up pain-free for the first time in at least a year. This pillow is exactly what I needed. It’s larger, so my whole leg can rest on it, which keeps my spine aligned, and if I roll onto my back, it’s big enough to provide plenty of support under my knees. Highly recommend!!

Wanted something relatively thick and with good support - this has been perfect for over 2 months now. If you toss and turn a lot overnight could be a tad inconvenient but overall love this for support, comfort and fit.
