Cleansing Balm & Face Cleanser, Facial Wash Makeup Remover

I am obsessed with the Eadem Dew Dream Hydrating Cleanser. The scent is absolutely amazing, and the formula is incredibly hydrating. It melts everything off, makeup, sunscreen, and anything stuck in my pores, without ever stripping my skin. Every time I use it, my face feels super soft, moisturized, and deeply clean. It’s become a staple in my routine, and I can’t recommend it enough!

I wasn't sure what to think of this cleanser at first. The first time I tried it my skin turned red, so I stopped. I tried it again a few months later because I damaged my barrier and was desperate for hydration. For whatever reason, my skin didn't turn red this time... quite the opposite, actually! It has been slowly rebuilding my hydration levels, and my skin has been feeling calmer and calmer. Another cool thing is that I'm normally veerrrryyyyy sensitive to oils, and this doesn't break me out. HOWever, I do double cleanse with this at night. I think I WOULD break out if I were to use this twice a day without double cleansing at least once. So, if you're like me and have sensitive skin that's oily and highly acne-prone, then I'd proceed with caution. I'd also like to add that it IS a thicker balm. It does turn milky and emulsify when you add water, but when you rinse it off, it feels like it leaves behind some residue. I personally don't mind that feeling, though, because my skin feels hydrated and protected. (Not greasy).

This balm is amazing. I’m currently using this on days I want to double cleanse my face. It works really great at getting your skin clean and prepping your face for your other products! It rubs in so easily and it’s gentle on the face! Absolutely love and would re buy!

I have only used this as I makeup remover and it remains to be the best I have tried. I simply wet my fingertips, put a little bit of the soap on them and rub them all over my eyes and let them sit for a minute or two before washing them off in the shower. It does not burn my eyes at all and it does a good job of removing waterproof makeup.

Changed my entire skincare routine - dew cleanser is gentle but extremely effective at makeup removal and cleansing. Dew leaves skin moisturized instead of dried out. MUST HAVE part of the daily routine.

Really wanted to like this cleansing balm but it just will not emulsify or rinse off cleanly for me. I do appreciate this does not blur my vision or sting my eyes but that’s about it. I don’t like the fact this tube does not have a flip open cap or some other easy to use dispensing system. I don’t care for the heavy amount of scent. It goes from thick jelly to thick oil but I cannot get it to emulsify to a milky texture to rinse off cleanly. I use this as a first cleanse but I need use a second cleanser, TWICE, to get a complete clean face. I only wear a tinted mineral sunscreen and tubing mascara; no foundation or anything waterproof. This balm leaves a heavy, greasy, thick feeling film that needs two latherings of another cleanser to remove so this is a definite NO for me.

Does the job but you need to use a lot and it kind of must melts away otherwise.
