Received used item in a really bad shape and can’t even return it ! The item is flimsy and plasticky and looks like a dollar menu item from the dollar store ( for NRIs who know). Don’t waste 3K on this item. I should probably sue them for their false advertising's! Probably someone returned it and they just shipped it to me …

I purchased a Nexlev 10-in-1 steam mop recently n it's by far the best product for all round cleaning..The oil stains were just gone in a minute without scrubbing..I would recommend this product if u want an easy n effortless cleaning.
