Great product. Has helped balance out the orange tones.

Can't go wrong with Wella. I regularly use Wella T14 and T18 and love their products.I mixed it with equal amount 20 vol developer. If you hair is darker, you may be better off with 30 vol. I left the product on for 45 mins.

Good product. Instructions are tiny; better to research applications online (Google), as everyone's hair differs. Natural jet black to blonde may require 1 and a half of this to 1 developer.

I order this colour regularly as it is exactly the colour I want.

This made no difference at all to my hair was pretty disappointed. My hair stayed really yellow wouldn’t recommend. Feel like it did nothing but just make it dry

I've been dying my own hair successfully for over 15 years, but after moving to Europe I've had to look for new products. I've spent more than 100€ on Wella Illuminati toner, and have never had a result. Each time, it is only a white paste that sits on my head and further damages my hair without result. I've even uped the volume to 40% and still nothing.Back to my tried and true product, Wella T18. When this product is mixed with developer, it starts changing to a deep purple right away, and I know it's going to work. Illumina does nothing besides waste my time and money.
