Great price and great collagen. I have taken collagen for years and my physio reckons that it has helped my knees as I have no cartilage in them and should be in a lot of pain but I’m not! So I will continue to take them.

Highly recommend
I find them easy to take, I've always had strong long nails but since the menopause they have become thin & brittle, after taking these for 2 month I've noticed a remarkably change, I would highly recommend.
