Taste & Aroma Upon opening the tub, there is a slight medicinal or herbal scent, which initially made me a bit hesitant about how it would taste. However, the flavor completely subverted my expectations. It tastes great—fruity, well-balanced, and pleasant to drink without any harsh, earthy aftertaste. Mixability & Stacking I mixed this directly with unflavored creatine monohydrate. Unflavored creatine usually leaves a bitter or chalky edge in most drinks, but this powder completely masked it. The drink maintained its original good flavor without becoming bitter or gritty at all. Effects & Overall Experience Felt a solid, noticeable boost in energy shortly after taking it, making it an effective daily superfood blend for circulation and overall vitality. If you are worried about the typical earthy beetroot taste, this blend manages flavor exceptionally well. Highly recommended!

What I like: The powder mixes easily into water and is convenient for daily use. It has a nice blend of fruits, berries and beetroot, making it an easy way to add different plant-based ingredients to my routine. The 200 g pack is also good for regular use. Things to know: The natural fruity and beetroot flavour is quite noticeable, so taste preference may vary.

It has maltodextrin which is worst for any diabetics to consume so this product is not for all. I wasted money opening without seeing ingredients

I wouldn’t expect a supplement like this to replace fresh fruits and vegetables or provide instant changes in energy or health. For me, the main benefit is the convenience of getting a variety of plant-based ingredients in an easy-to-prepare drink. Overall, a convenient and interesting super-food drink mix with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. A nice option for adding some variety to a daily wellness routine.

Tried this product and I did not like it. It has more medicinal taste. After having one glass of the reds solution i felt vomitting sensation, i think it made my tummy more alkaline. It dissolves very well and the smell is edible enough to have it. The container is air tight and they have given a spoon. I am not sure about the effectiveness as I did not have it later. Overall it did not suite my body.

The spoon that comes inside the container is buried along with a desiccant packet so you may need to dig around a bit. You can use a spoonful regardless and just add cold water and drink. The taste and aftertaste and general sense is that the drink is satisfying and hydrating. The label lists out some 7 fruit powders along with some flavouring agents. I would recommend drinking this in the morning and during the day instead of going for coffee and tea and in my experience the satiating aspect of this multi fruit powder drink is good. Before taking a walk during the evenings take a glass of water and another mug of this drink and you are sorted. The product label mentions using this for 4-5 months for health effects though I can see it already being beneficial in making you abstain from caffeine drinks. Fibre is one thing that you will have to replenish since real fruits also come with that along with teeth exercise. However, instead of buying fruits daily and finding a place to store them and prepare them a handy quick and easy solution to provide comparable benefits is also valid. I will get more of these after this one finishes.

I have been using this for around 15 days. The powder mixes easily in water and the taste is decent, not too strong or artificial. I usually take one serving in the morning. The red colour after mixing looks quite nice. So far I haven’t noticed any problem with it and it has been easy to include in my daily routine. The jar is also properly packed and easy to store. Overall, I’m happy with it after 15 days of use. One think I'll mention that I haven't seen any drastic changes but yes it is early to judge.
