Will this stick to orange peel wall?

I have not tried but I would say probably not. I got it to stick to a granite countertop and it stayed for maybe a month and then fell off. I finally ended up super gluing it to get it to stay because we tried the sticky stuff it comes with and each time it only stuck for about a month.

Are these waterproof? Could they be used on the floor in a shower?

NO They are slick, you would fall stepping on them and I don't think they are waterproof, no a strong sticky You will want something like these that are made for shower floors to keep you from slipping https://smile.amazon.com/s?k=shower+floor+non+slip+stickers&crid=1U5HFVRIV2ZR4&sprefix=shower+floor%2Caps%2C196&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_2_12
