ZENSTONE Pro - 2in1 Ultra-Thick Massage Table Warmer & Cover | 2019 Model

I am a professional massage therapist and this is the second product I am buying from Zenstone because they NAIL IT on everything they make. The quality is MILES AHEAD of any other brand and is well worth the extra money you pay. You also make this money back on the replacement plan which comes free. Other brands make you pay $30+ for it. We have since bought 4 more for our other massage tables. I have bought therapist’s choice and earthlite warmers and have had to replace them both at my expense within a year because they are poor quality and probably made in a Chinese factory. Don’t make this mistake. The fleece is thick and luxurious. Clients comment all the time on how soft and comfortable it feels. This is a cut above the other warmers out there and makes all the difference. It is nice and large and covers our massage tables perfectly. It also has corner straps and an extra long cord. Nice job getting this right. It also warms quickly and evenly throughout, and the many settings let you get the warmth just right for each client. I LOVE this warmer and highly recommend it. Looking forward to seeing what other products this brand comes out with!

This, by far, blows other heating pads I've tried out of the water! It’s exactly what I wanted and needed - high tech, lots of features and the fleece is thick and really comfy! It fits really well on the massage table and heat is even and soothing. It has many more settings than other warmers it allows for much more customization. I can tailor the heat intensity and time settings to match my schedule throughout the day. It also stays on for up to 8hrs. The heating pad comes with a replacement plan, which was one of my top reasons for buying this brand over the others. I emailed the company to ask them how it works and they said if there are any problems, they will send a new one out in a matter of days. Highly recommend!

I bought this because I have very bad pain from stiff muscles that prevents me from getting to sleep each night. This arrived in the mail yesterday. I opened up the packaging and was immediately impressed by the quality of the warmer. That is some very soft and thick fleece!! So far it's worked very well. It fits on my bed perfectly, and the 8 hour timer is great for an entire night of sleep. The low setting provides really subtle heat that will be perfect when the weather gets warmer. This is also large enough to cover my entire body. Exactly what I needed. This could help a lot of people who suffer from chronic pain or those who don't have good circulation like me.

The only downside is that the corner elastic straps aren't practical and don't work on the average massage table. They should've used velco straps. That said, it works well under the fitted top sheet. Keeps the client very comfy and is easy to adjust the temperature and the time. The added thickness hides the heating wires and adds more cushion. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is that I don't know how long it will last. Have been using it since December 2017, though.

I'm a massage therapist that works privately in my clients' homes. If you do massage you understand how important all the seemingly minor details are, and for over $100 an hour clients expect the best! I owned an Earthlite table warmer before this and it was ok, but the material it was made from was not soft and it took about half an hour to warm up. Nobody wants to sit around chatting with their massage therapist for a half hour before actually getting on the table, so I needed to purchase something that heated up faster, and was more comfortable. This was a little bit more expensive than the other warmers, but their replacement guarantee gave me the assurance I needed to make the investment. I'm glad I did! My clients have all commented on how much more comfortable my table is and they love the warmth it provides. I've owned this for about a week and have done 5 massages on it already with no problems. I will update this in the future if anything changes but it has been excellent so far.

I bought this product in April 2018 as a secondary warmer for my massage business. The cover is plush and thick and soft and the product worked well/heated quickly up until two days ago. I emailed the seller because they advertise "no hassle replacement". Since it had been less than a year, I thought there wouldn't be a problem to exchange. They quickly responded to me saying that it was past the time to return. I only used this warmer for about 20 sessions and now it won't even power up. I think it wouldn't cost much to at least exchange out the power cord. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

Look no further, this is the best warmer on the market. It is perfect for my massage table. The cord is nice and long, it comes with straps that fit the table and it s big enough to perfectly cover the entire table. It also has a neat little feature that senses If the warmer is getting too hot and then automatically shuts off. I never have to worry if I accidentally leave it on. This company really knows what its doing. Super high quality, and packed with features. I looked at a few other warmers before deciding on this one and I'm glad I did. Other warmers had many negative reviews claiming they break easily or don't fit their tables. The Zenstone is solid and they even promise to replace it if it breaks. Now that is good customer service! Absolutely wonderful product!

I love the smooth softness, undetectable wires, simple controls. I turn it on every night for an hour. We'll see how long it functions. It's too soon to comment on durability as it is still new.
