I am so grateful for Smooth Move! For context, I am on Wegovy and suffer occasional constipation. This tea does was it's suppose to do - help keeps things moving and grooving! Obviously, you have to be careful with stimulant laxatives because they can be habit forming. However, I used this twice in the few months that I bought them - once when I first started Wegovy, and just last week due to fiber gummies blocking up my system. I was able to get back to being regular after using this product sparring. This tea is deceiving, but in the best way. Do not overdo it the first time. Definitely steep in boiling water for 15 minutes ,and start with one cup if you are constipated. If it seems like it's not working in the first 12 hours, give it a day or two for it to gently clean out your system. For me, I usually have a small movement by the morning, and another one in the evening. This will not give you a terrible urge like a traditional laxative - let it work with your body, and take it one cup at a time. It also have a pleasant, gingery taste. I mix it with the ginger yuzu fruit team compote from H mart and it's delicious!

Si eres muy sensible a la hierba senna no lo dejes 15 minutos como indica, déjalo un poco menos. El sabor es muy agradable y los resultados increíbles.

It may be useful for occasional digestive support, but the effect and taste may not suit everyone. It is best used carefully and only when this type of tea is truly needed.

Me lo recomendó mi nutrióloga y de verdad ayuda bastante, solo me lo indicó en caso de estar más de dos días sin poder evacuar, de verdad me ayudó bastante y lo más importante … sin provocarme dolor, lo recomiendo ampliamente siempre con supervisión médica.
