I have been taking this supplement for years morning and night. I believe it helps me keep cold and flu at bay. I can't tolerate the drops so this is my go to

Oil of oregano capsules are my go to for traveling and fighting off potential infections. I take these a few days before traveling and everyday I am traveling to ward off contact with viral infections. When I feel something coming on like a scratchy throat or soreness a double up and in two days I am back to normal. These have worked for me and I have been using oil of oregano for several years now. I like this product because gel caps are small. I hate swallowing large pills.

I take this supplement when I start feeling like I am getting a cold. It works. Disclaimer that this may not work for everyone.

Was told this would help with gut issues (IBD, Diverticulitis, etc.) but I've not seen any difference and have taken every day with only a few capsuls left in the bottle. The price is high as well for something that I'm not seeing a signicant change.

I’ve tried quite a few oil of oregano at this point and this one is my favourite for various reasons. 1. The price point. Very affordable. 2. It doesn’t cause heartburn like some other brands do for me. 3. I like how I can choose if i want to take 1-2 a day. Sometimes I forget if I already took one or I want to make sure I get extra strength and take 2 that day. 4. Pills over drops any day. I’ve been taking these since my early university days whenever my roommates got sick or I am going to be around a lot of people or planning to travel soon. And I never got sick! Many years later I still swear by it, as long as you start taking it a few days BEFORE exposure. Once you’re already sick, it doesn’t do much for me haha! For example, I always get sick after weddings, but I would take this a few days before and haven’t gotten sick since!

So much easier to take oil of oregano in capsule form!
