I love it

I would have given this 5 stars bc it was working great but it stopped working after less than 9 months and there is no product support or warranty information. A simple warranty and I would have most likely given this 5 stars. This may actually be the worst customer support of anything I ever bought on Amazon.

coolest thing since sliced bread! I'm in love with it! I'm constantly washing my hands while cooking in the kitchen, beef, chicken, seafood, you name it! I don't like touching the handles of the sink while my hands are contaminated! Talk about easy - it's motion detection dispenses just the right amount of soap, I start scrubbing before I even reach for the water! The price? It's well worth every penny when I'm not cross contaminating my kitchen!

UPDATE: The company reached out to me and made it right. Even though I was (just) beyond the return date, they offered to replace it and I accepted. So far. it is working perfectly. Crossing my fingers that it continues to do so because I like its features better than any of the others I looked at. Crossing my fingers that this one continues to work for at least a year or two.I got this to replace my kitchen sink's built-in dispenser. It was everything I wanted... Compact, attractive, roomy reservoir, adjustable flow. I was so happy with the way it worked - for about six weeks. Then it died. Literally. It gasped out a teeny dab of foam and stopped sensing. I changed the batteries (even though they did not signal low), cleaned the sensor, rinsed the tube with warm water, blew on the bottom of the tube to make sure liquid was getting through, adjusted to longer flow. Absolutely nothing worked. It's dead, dead, dead.I cannot find any info about contacting the manufacturer; doesn't even come up on Google. It's no longer eligible for return. Now I have to decide whether to take a chance and replace with the same thing (did I mention I really, really liked it?) Or find something different.

This works as intended and I haven’t had any issues with it.

Internal silicone tube relies on friction fit at both ends; leaks internally and failed one week after filling with Swiss Navy. Using thicker, poorer quality lubes, the handy device lasted just one year.
