Been taking this for two weeks now. My naturopath recommended traditional GLP-1 after a year of trying to manage my weight with hormones. I’m an ultra distance runner but deal with autoimmune issues, too. Nothing was working to lose the weight (clean eating, lifting heavy, walking instead of increased cortisol with running, etc). I didn’t want traditional GLP1 after finding this product. I thought I’d give it a try first. Ugh. I feel absolutely miserable. I take it as indicated, and while my appetite has surely decreased (despite increased energy which means I much more active - if that were even possible), I am fatter than ever. I look nine months pregnant and am soooooo uncomfortable. I feel sick all the time, am nauseous, and cranky. I’ve increased my water intake dramatically (including electrolytes) to make sure my system stays strong. But even drinking water makes me feel like puking. I think I’m going to take a break or stop it all together. It’s not at all what I thought. (Yes, I read the “what to expect.” My symptoms are way past that most.) I believe every body is different so I’m only sharing as one experience.

Did it work? How would I know? I guess one month won’t give you the results you are looking for, but I felt absolutely nothing. No side effects but no results.

It has a couple of weeks to kick in but I have already lost a few pounds and it definitely curbs my appetite. I don’t feel jittery and it helps me eat only what’s on my plate and not take more. It curbs my desire for sweets, too. I am pleased so far with the results! And it’s all natural which I love.

I was able to loose 20 lbs with exercise taking this supplement. It took MONTHS and EFFORT. This wasn’t magical but it did help me get the boost needed to get healthy again. I enjoyed the appetite suppressant to help me go from constant snacking (because of recently breastfeeding) to eating regular balanced meals. The slight calorie deficit along with strength training (not only cardio) helped me get results. I lift weights 4x’s a week and prioritize protein since March when the initial weight drop started to plateau. Minus a star: I will say that this did not help my microbiome. I had week long (8-9 days usually) of constipation which lead to bloating on and off. I have spent the past month off GLP-Activate restoring my gut health and getting regular again. I still believe the quality of GLP-Activate ingredients were healthy and got me started but it’s not a life long solution. I slowly eased off the supplement and have not seen a weight gain over the past 1.5 months. In total I went from 145 to 125 while taking the supplement (Thanksgiving to end of March) in 4.5 months. It was 4 refills so a good value for my money in comparison to other products.

I got this product as a sample a few months back and well I purchased it after seeing the numbers on the scale decrease I love this product the overall energy vitality is top notch The cravings are less like I just was stuck at 151 pounds I’m 5 foot three. My goal weight is always one 140-142 I’m at 145

It wasn't doing what I was made to believe it would. Really disappointed. Just didnt work for me.
