I am well versed in probiotics. I have used several different probiotics. I bought these saccharomyces boulardii probiotics because the ones I was taking were insanely costly and these s boulardii probiotics were not only work well, but they were extremely inexpensive. I have used these s boulardii probiotic capsules for quite a while and really like them. I used these s boulardii probiotics and no more gut problems. I took 1 capsule a day, because I need these s boulardii probiotics or I don't even go to the bathroom, I have noticed I actually pass my gas and had no bloating. I became extremely regular and I don't ever get pain or that upset stomach I used too. I would recommend these saccharomyces boulardii probiotic supplements to absolutely anyone!

I dinged it a star because it's too expensive. However, it is a good product. I use it if I have to take a course of antibiotics. It rebuilds your intestinal flora. Make sure to drink plenty of water after you take it. It's also good if you feel like you have candida yeast in your system. You must stop eating any kind of sugar or carbs, and take one of these high potency probiotics with a big glass of water first thing in the morning for a week or two. It really helps me

I was on IV Zosyn for 6 weeks and my stomach was really messed up. I started taking 5 billion CFU Saccharomyces 2 a day but they barely touched it. I was still running to the bathroom.Started taking these two days ago and the water in the bowl is now clear.I'm seriously impressed.

Did not work for me. I had been taking Carlyle Saccharomyces Boulardii 10B CFU for about 6 months with some success. I saw this brand and thought it might be better with 200B CFU in one! capsule.I immediately saw a return of my negative daily digestion issues after starting this product. I will be returning for a refund. (Note, when I tried to return within the 30-day window, the Amazon screen said it was eligible. But when I clicked return it said it was not returnable. I did a chat request and the Chat BOT immediately granted my return on a gift card.)Note: I also emptied one capsule of this product into a cup with some water and flour and sugar for several hours and did not see any yeast activity. When I do the same with the Carlyle brand yeast, it immediately starts to ferment. I have concluded the yeast in my bottle of product from Trehealtt is inert.
