One of the best Marriage Coaching books ever-I struggle when it comes to Communicating with my husband as I can go from 0-100 so fast due to unresolved rage over how he hurt me in the Past.This book really opened my eyes to the way I view things on an emotional rather then rational level-I react so fast due to emotion and say the wrong thing and when the rational part of my Brain kicks in it's too late to redo my Mood.I have nearly every page highlighted and with a sticky note-I discuss Chapters with my husband as well to help him better understand my way of reacting-worth every penny!!

Excellent book, informative. But if you are buying it to fix your marriage or relationship - don't bother. THE MEN WILL NEVER READ IT!

Excellent book for all married couples looking to better communicate and love each other the way Christ intended.
