Great Honey
Perfectly sweet as honey should be, flavor is outstanding. Although it could slightly change the taste of certain drinks when used as a sweetener, don’t overdo.

Too much crystallization
My only issue is that there was a lot of crystallization. It was very thick and hard to dispense. Yet I would open the cap and dispense it that way I will buy it in store next time to ensure I don’t get a overly crystallized bottle. I did enjoy the honey it was very good and taste was great.

Locally sourced honey from colorado tastes good and has the beneficial properties of local honey. It has good color, spreads nicely and Is fairly priced.
