This is a great project but there is one I must mention
Listen I never thought mushroom protein would be a thing and this is a great alternative especially if your wanting to go plant based,,, the flavor is okay but put you a spoon of peanut butter in with some almond milk and it will be just fine,,, my only thing is ,, it makes me REALLY GASSY lol if you don’t mind passing gas every 5 minutes then this is the product for you lol

I'll be honest...I forgot I bought this, but expiration date is very long. So here goes, this stuff is disgusting! Had some today in a cup of tea and I actually threw up after woods. The taste, the texture, the smell, the low point mixability in hot water.... absolutely disgusting! I have to give it one star, but I would not otherwise. Buy a capsule! My God I can still taste this crap! I do not recommend, nor would I ever buy this again! YUCK!
