This chair came in THE NEXT DAY. Perfectly packaged, super easy instructions and very simple to put together. The bolts were literally packaged together and not in a jumbled bag where you have to deal with plastic everywhere and forgetting what bag you were using so you have to go back and look at the sizes of the bolts/ screws. Nope, easy peasy and I didn’t even have to ask my husband for help!2. This chair has it all. The lumbar support is supporting. The head rest is not in the way but also very comfy and nice to have. The fabric is great. Easy to wipe down. The height is adjustable and very customizable. The tilt is incredible for those lunch break naps.3. Let’s talk the traditional office chair squeak. My old chair would squeak and make all kinds of noise if you breathed on it the wrong way. This baby right here? Quiet as a church mouse. I feel like a queen in my new chair. We’ve had this gaming chair for almost two years now, and it’s been amazing! My husband uses it daily and absolutely loves how comfortable and supportive it is — perfect for long gaming sessions or working from home. Just received my chair today and am quite confused by some of the negative reviews in certain areas. The chair is great quality compared to more high-end, higher priced chairs. Assembly was a breeze (15 mins). The arm rests DO NOT extend up and down as noted, but there is no evidence of anything poking through them either (I pressed down firmly on each of them and all areas to confirm). I also can confirm my chair is not stuffed with "hair" as was shown in another review.The chair does lack some cushioning on the seating itself, but as someone who sits for an extended period of time, I have found that additional cushioning simply leads to more back problems. This actually encourages me to get up every so often and stretch, which I wasn't doing in previous chairs, so I consider it a positive. I would note that it DOES NOT take away from the comfort of sitting in the chair.Overall, I gave the chair 4 stars, as I don't believe any product is simply "perfect" but this is a chair I would certainly purchase again. Granted, this is day one for me with the chair and longevity has yet to be evaluated.
