Product is amazing value for money. GPS data / mapping plus high quality front and back cameras. Very easy to setup via app however you need a decent hardwire kit, get the one they sell specifically for their product as the cheaper ones cause connection failures so save yourself the time. Size of the front cam is a bit bigger than the ones I’ve installed before but still good compact fit and love the no screen feature as I don’t like the video on display. Functions as should and sound is good quality too.

Great camera, but overall just short of expectations. To begin with, it is quite big, you're not going to be able to discreetly hide it behind the rear-view mirror. Secondly, it's shape is optimised for left-hand drive vehicles (so it isn't great in UK). Finally, 4K video quality, although technically 4k in resolution isn't a massive improvement over 2k cameras I used before. More pixels do not necessarily render clearer pictures. I think for the price, it was good value for money, but otherwise quite mediocre. I was not really impressed - it did everything reasonably well, but not outstanding in any way.

Just a quick note my husband works as a delivery driver. I have tried finding all different Multiple Dash Cams to see if any would work. Some would record and won't save some wouldn't come on and annoying some would show low battery (even though you plugged it in the cigarette lighter part) ...AnyWays .... I brought this to give it ago.. without a doubt the BEST thing I ever brought! This dash cam has it's own app you can download for free. All the recording of you driving are on that app on your phone you can go back to every video. and download them. To show if you seen a crash or been in one or even want to show someone the lovely view you went. My husband showed me a video on his phone of what It looked like.. my god it shows me a little map of where he was and how fast he was driving the video was so clear. My husband said he would absolutely recommend it. And I even brought another one for my car. And guess what! I will be buying these for my family aswel. Thank you so much!

Bought 2 of these cameras for the wife and sons car based on reviews id read online. Picture quality is very good, not looked at night time footage yet and the wifes camera has been called into action already

Bought this camera, plus the hardwiring kit, then paid to wire it into my car. THEN, two months later, it starts randomly saying ‘video recording off’ when I’m driving. I try to get a replacement, but Amazon say that’s not possible so in order to get a refund, I have to pay even more money to in-install it and I can forget about a refund for a hardwiring kit. Really, really disappointing. Would not recommend this model or this brand.

You reach a certain age, accordingly drive a certain make of car that meets your needs and become a target for every tailgater and aggressive driver. Hence I fitted on of this dash cam to my wife's car for peace of mind, should any gas happy idiot decide not to follow the Highway Code (!) I'd previously seen this dash cam's excellent recorded footage and installation in my friend's car. The quality of the footage exceeds that of the Nextbase models with only 1080p resolution -so a no brainer at the price of the Redtiger with its 4k front and 1080p rear cameras. Connectivity is good, installation and set up is relatively easy (I'd never fitted a dash cam before), good construction, no frills or bells or whistles (no screen) but reliable - "set up and forget" - it gives a simple unobtrusive audible signal when it stops and starts recording. It's no surprise that this product gets good reviews. One thing to be aware of: if you intend using the car's cigar lighter port as a power source, make sure it is switched OFF when the car ignition is off or the camera will drain the car's battery in a matter of days. OK with Hondas but definitely not the case with some Skodas that have a permanently "Live" cigar lighter socket even when the car ignition is off.

This camera set arrived on time and was packaged well, feeling like a premium product. The build quality certainly feels good and the installation of the cameras and associated app was fine. However, having previously used a camera with a built in viewing screen I expected this product to be a little more discrete and the rear one certainly is. The front one however is quite large and heavy. Each of the cameras came with attached sticky pads along with a clear mounting screen to go on the window, presumably to stop stocky residue from getting on the windscreen. A great idea but the front camera was too heavy and kept peeling this clear sticker off and falling off the screen. In the end I disposed if this and used number plate tape to stick the camera directly to the windscreen, so far so good. The rear lead is plenty long enough to go from the front camera to the rear of the car discretely tucked behind the roof lining. The main lead, whilst fairly long, suffers from the same problem as most cameras one end is usb c but the other has a bulky car electrical outlet plug attached. This limits both the mounting and the routing of the wires. Most cars nowadays have usb power outputs built in so a separate lead and adapter would be a lot more convenient. I bought a 4m lead from ebay that solved this problem. Overall, I do like this set, I prefer not having a screen that some people seem to need to have on permanently, causing a distraction. A word of caution though, the camera connects to your phone by its own created Internal WiFi network and not bluetooth this is more stable but if you don't switch this off after viewing the footage, your phone will default to this network over your mobile data connection and will not be able to function for network content such as Spotify, podcasts, maps etc.

This is my first dashcam. I bought it as some jerk was brake-checking me and almost caused a collision. Hard to prove he was at fault when I hit from behind. Now I have recorded proof for the insurance and police. I checked Amazon and there were many positive reviews for this camera and company. Installation was actually pretty easy. A tool is provided to help slide the wires behind trim pieces. Having never installed a camera before, I made some rookie mistakes with the electrostatic pieces attached to the glass and they were both very wrinkled. I contact service and he sent me two replacement pieces immediately. The service is excellent. I did struggle a little bit with connecting the camera via wi-fi to my phone but after a couple of minutes it worked and I have not had any problems with connection. There is no way to view the camera unless it is connected to a phone, which some users have complained about, but I don't mind using the phone. The picture is large and clear and bright. It has been recording for several days all by itself. You don't have to turn on anything. Mine is plugged into the cigarette lighter which turns on the camera when I start the car and turns off when I turn the car off. I've checked the recorded video and it is excellent. I highly recommend this produce and the company.

Satisfied with the product at this price point. Good quality recording.
