The creatine works, but it's not the best. And one more thing. The package is 400 grams, good for 80 servings. The creatine arrived on January 18th, and today, April 1st, I train three times a week, which means it should last until at least mid-June. Very strange math, friends. The point I'm making is that it's not worth the money. The quality is 3-5%, and the stated grams aren't accurate. Again, I took 5 grams of creatine every odd day. That's 15 grams a week, 60 grams a month. 120 grams is two months. It's been a little over two months, and the bottle is empty.
