I will say it doesn't smell exactly like lavender; there's something else in it that I can't put my finger on, maybe some kind of citrus. I still enjoy the fragrance, though! I'm so happy that I purchased two bottles, and I would definitely recommend this product highly. UPDATE: I just repurchased another bottle of Lavender Bloom after running out and a bottle of Black Currant Rose. The Black Currant Rose smells fantastic!
