I've been enjoying these iems for almost a week now, and I've finally figured out my thoughts enough to review it. Firstly, this iem is super easy to drive, and gets to hearing damage levels of volume very easily. So no matter what source you're using, volume shouldn't be an issue. The build quality is just ridiculous. Absolutely stunning! This level of resin build quality is usually found in iems much more expensive! Take a look at the pictures in this review, I'm truly blown away by the look, feel, and build quality on these! The included cable is good enough, but I'm a little crazy and swapped it with a yinyoo cable anyway! The included tips fit fine, but I actually found them to hurt the sound quality. These actually have a somewhat claustrophobic sound with the stock tips, and was improved massively when using different tips. I ended up using TRN T eartips, and it sounded so much better! The sound signature is definitely best described as L shaped. The bass is very prominent, and takes the mainstage. Thankfully, this has to be one of my favorite implementations of balanced armature bass I've heard. More specifically, the bass is extremely tight, and slams unexpectedly hard. The subbass is also impressive, maintaining extension and rumble even down to around 10hz. Very impressive, especially for a balanced armature!! The midrange is decent, but in general the whole midrange is overshadowed slightly by the bass. The midrange is generally soft, and non fatiguing. Vocals sound fairly good, especially female vocals in genres like Jpop. Instrument separation is also good! The only real concern is, the timbre isn't quite as natural as some other iems in the price range. The treble is another story. Well executed! Non fatiguing, and provides great detail. It doesn't do anything wrong in particular, and is generally enjoyable. My only real complaint, is that extension could be slightly better. The soundstage is fairly good as well (after changing tips). I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for a "reference" sound. I think this iem is well suited to someone looking for an enjoyable listen with a focus on bass. I'm guilty of listening to these for hours on end! This set has a place in my collection!

I bought these IEMs to replace damaged earbuds. I previously have used Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and Sony WF1000XM5. I have smaller ear canals, and the earbuds were always falling out of my ears and hitting the ground. I enjoyed the noise reduction features in the ear buds and worried that I would miss that going to the T9s. I am pleased to say that the T9s fit snugly and block out unwanted background noise as well as the noise cancelling ear buds did, or better. The ear hooks and cord keep the devices from falling to the ground if they do come loose for some reason. The cord is long enough that it isn't a problem attaching to my phone (using a usbc adaptor). The sound quality is really good, as expected. Another nice feature is the sound delivery tube is fairly large. This makes it easy to clean earwax from the entrance. Much easier than with earbuds and their small openings with a screen. I wish I had bought these sooner.

These are excellent IEMs and an amazing value. I've had my Shure 535s for many years and lost them on a recent vacation. I was curious whether the technology for IEMs had advanced to the point where I could buy a new set without spending as much as I did for my 535s (which was a $500 investment when I purchased them). The reason for this is I noticed how my new Shure microphone (MV7+) rivaled my Shure SM7Bs. Originally, I planned on purchasing the Shure SE215 pro IEMs but after researching the Xvive T9s, I decided to try them. The sound profile for the Xvive T9s is balanced very well with an emphasis on tight punchy bass. I have a set of Beyer Dynamic DT990 Pro over ear headphones and I use them with an XD-05 amp for a total immersive sound that can't be beat - I'm not saying these IEMs (or any IEMs) can match that level of sound immersion, but these IEMs provide tight musical fidelity. I love them

I've tried a few different universal IEMs and have had good results. I don't play live super often, so I haven't justified getting a pair of customs yet. I saw these IEMs from XVIVE and thought I'd give them a try. When I first put these in they were a bit uncomfortable, but I think that was user error. If you normally wear large tips, I would recommend trying some of the smaller tips. The stems on these IEMs go pretty deep into your ear canal, and feel much more comfortable if you let them do that with the smaller tips. I'm currently using them with the smallest memory foam tips - and I typically wear large ear plugs if that gives you an idea. I still kinda wish they were a bit shallower though, but that may just be me and my ears. The nice thing is they give you plenty of different sized tips so getting the right fit should be super simple! Sound quality feels very solid and balanced. I'm not a live drummer, so I can't speak on that - but for live bass playing they seem great. Also pretty darn loud and bright which is great for loud performances. You also get the carrying case and 1/4 adapter + cleaning tool. All and all I'm pretty happy with them!
