This PC is a great buy, cheap starter PC, it’s fast and easy to set up also. The graphic quality is awesome for this PC.

Horrible, it is not worth the piece wifi/internet does not stay connected I’ve had it for a couple months thinking it will work but it’s always the same issue, it goes black on me & it is super slow…..

Me encantooo, las luces hacen que se vea increíble, cumple con la descripción del producto

Great price but if you want to do any up to date gaming, the motherboards and processors are very dated ! No Call of duty’s/warzone . Upgrades are worth more than this pc is worth.

PC looks nice. Used warranty without problems to replace the keyboard before 1 year warranty expired. Customer service was great with that. Upsetting part about this purchase is that at the 2 year mark the SSD stopped being recognized. Customer service helped me diagnose the problem which was great but since there is only a 1 year warranty I had to buy a new SSD for $120.00. I'm happy with customer service but unhappy the SSD went out so quickly and was only covered under warranty for 1 year. I have 2 other computers and owned 1 prior to this one, all different brands than this one and I have never had to replace any internal parts even on ones I have had longer than this one.

Bought for my wife, needless to say, she is very happy with me! She plays WOW and Diablo and was not really enjoying the games because of how slow it was playing. Now, don't tell her I said this, she is playing all the time, with out yelling at it because of lag.. Thank you guys, you have brought peace to our home.

UPDATE! Contacted the seller and got a very quick response, they initiated a replacement process and got a new PC shipped to me within the week (GPU thankfully working this time). So far the computer and extremities are running smoothly, but be aware that you may have to return the PC and get it replaced when you buy. Not a huge deal, but an inconvenience nonetheless. Ordered this PC wanting something basic that just works for games. Didn't even get far enough to see if it could run the games I wanted because the GPU would not turn on. The PC itself didn't even recognize that there was a GPU plugged in. None of the troubleshooting provided by the company or others has worked. I intend to reach out to the seller to see what can be done, but all in all I am very disappointed in this product.

To preface, my husband and I both work in tech and have built computers in the past. We got this for our elementary age son because he would love all the lights. We thought surely it would be fine since we figured we could fix whatever came up. We didn’t need it to do much but practice typing and maybe play a game or 2. We were so wrong!!!! I don’t have any confidence we wouldn’t just spend even more than we paid to rebuild it. Ran through set up one night and the next morning it wouldn’t even boot up. There are so many different error codes and I imagine it would be constant headache if we were to keep it. PFN LIST CORRUPT, DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION, MEMORY MANAGEMENT, DRIVER OVERRAN STACK BUFFER. We’ll just get a computer that doesn’t look as fun for our son but is from a reliable brand.
