I got these because I’m terrified of falling while ice skating and hurting myself. As long as you place them correct on your knee they buffer a lot of the impact. I got the size small and I’m 5’8” 145lbs with long slender legs. They could even be a bit smaller but I have full movement so no complaints. I did originally get the size large and they were too big and only stayed up due to the rubber on the elastic seam.

I actually bought these for work to wear under my jeans, because I’m constantly having to go down on one or both knees on a concrete floor. They’re not noticeable under my pants and once I leave the house, I forget I even have them on. They have a nice thick (but not too thick) gel pad on the front, making it much much more comfortable to kneel on hard floors. Not saying these are good if you’re doing flooring or carpet work. But for kneeling on hard floors several times a day, they’re perfect. The elastic holds them up pretty well and I’ve never had to reach down and pull up on them. This is during 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. I’ve been using them for the last two months and the first pair is still holding up well.

This works well but slip down while doing Jiu Jitsu. Overall it helps

These knee pads provide enough protection for figure skating but are also not too bulky! They cup your knee cap with I also love. I bought some bulky volleyball kneepads before these and they provided more protection but were too big to move in for skating! I’m 5’4 and 120 pounds and got a size medium. They fit perfect! They also have little grippy parts on the inside so they don’t slide.

I was hoping these knee pads would fit tight around my knees but they don’t. The material is this cheap nylon material that feels like thick bandage gauze. There’s silicon at the top to keep things from sliding around but they are just not good knee pads. I feel like they are just a few usages and washings away from becoming too lose and unusable. Don’t waste your money!

Supper thick and protective. Stays in place and isn't too bulky. Great product for any age, any sports, and any level.
